Long holds, I got cut off twice and had to call back. No one wanted to help me. I had to take time off work to call back later and my husband gave them permission to talk to me. I still got very few answers because the doctor only told me the liver panel bloodwork, and they needed to know the exact medical terms for the name of each test. There are plenty other lab corps in the area, save yourself the headache.

Making an appointment is highly recommended, there are a few chairs in the lobby but you are able to wait in your car as well. There is a tv that displays wait times which is comforting because there is no one to ask-- although that's also hoping it works that day. They really need better communication, I've seen patients wait for 30+ minutes only to find out their lab was never sent or there is an issue. I've had to wait 45 minutes just to be given my glucose drink only to wait another hour to take my test. You'll get what you need but expect a long wait!
