Fair, Honest, Knowledgeable, Insured I was looking for a…read moretree trimmer to trim our coconut palm, an overgrown mahogany tree and an overgrown oak tree. Elmar was the first to come out, that same day as I posted my request, he seemed very knowledgeable and fair so I agreed to go with him. He and his crew was able to do the job today, just four days after my request. I could not be happier with the job they did. Every branch on the mahogany and oak trees were roped off, cut and lowered to the ground. This procedure is time consuming but very important to me as I have a fully landscaped backyard and didn't want any of it damaged. After everything was trimmed, it was all cleaned up by the crew and put in the tree shredder. All loose debris was picked up or blown clean. I highly recommend Elmar and his crew!!

Started off great. Received a very competitive quote for monthly services, which I accepted. Within…read more1 month of receiving quote, my monthly price increased almost 300% ($60 to $160) because the original price quoted was supposed to be per cut, which is not true - the original quote clearly stated price for monthly services. Picture attached. Then, they tried to tell me that the price per cut was $80 in the summer, and $60 in the winter. Charging different prices in summer vs winter makes no sense if you are paying per cut. The price increase or decrease should indicate service frequency, not the season. If I'm paying per cut without any type of frequency, why would I pay more in the summer vs winter? Lastly, the lawn cuts were good, but the after cut clean up is terrible. Grass all over my rocks in the backyard, sticks still in my grass after only being cut hours before, and hedge trimmings are still under my bushes weeks after the trimming was done. The lawn has been serviced 2 times since and no effort has been made to clean this. Attached are photos of original quote, price increase (received within 1 month of accepting original quote), and the messy grass, rocks, and lawn from only a few hours after the cut was completed. The lawn cuts were good, but everything else is not worth the headache.
