After seeing various ice bars and ice sculptures in his catalog, he seems like more of a broker for Mr. Freeze then a mild mannered ice man. He also deals with dry ice and ice luges, which is awesome. 70 for an ice luge may seem steep but these are really nice and impressive which gives them a thumb up in my book. On another note, this guy uses solar energy to make all of his ice, which is awesome.

I had the green goddess smoothie. It tasted like an ice cream almost because it was so rich and creamy, which I did not expect. I might go back to try something else but I had high hopes and left a bit disappointed.

They have a good selection of natural soaps and body care items. This is the only physical store i know of that sells soap nuts! The lady at the front desk told me when i was checking out that the third thursday of every month the store is 20% off. They also have a loyalty program you can sign up for, once you spend a certain amount, you get a coupon. The only thing concerning is that the prices were a bit high, and by the essential oils section, they had a sign for Young Living (which is a MLM).

We hosted a large corporate event (with 50 people) and the event went smoothly with everyone being engaged at each station learning about proper cutting techniques, use of spices (new and commonly used), information about the local farms they work with and much more! The way the class and stations were set up allowed for easy networking among the guests and fun conversations with the chefs. Food was amazing and all our attendees enjoyed the charcuterie table they had set up while socializing beforehand and during the cooking class. I am also very grateful about the venue being extremely flexible with scheduling and allowing access to the building as we had a lot of deliveries & pre-event set ups that needed to be brought in for our event. Guests were thrilled to receive the recipes for all the menu items we made after the event as well. The only challenge we had was the limited parking available, but luckily there is a free municipal parking lot right across the street so it all worked out. Would highly recommend hosting a private event or attending one of their regular cooking classes. May and her team are very professional and passionate about what they do, and it shows!
