Had a great selection of meals. We went for smoothies and they were great. Definitely will be going back

This place seems to be the only place you can really get a smoothie in the area so I decided to check it out. The place was clean and had plenty of seating with easy parking in a strip mall. I had the green goddess smoothie. It tasted like an ice cream almost because it was so rich and creamy, which I did not expect. Listed on the menu are only fruits and vegetables in the smoothie so I expected it to taste much different. The size was generous. They also serve wraps and salads. I might go back to try something else but I had high hopes and left a bit disappointed. read more

So tired of receiving orders that are wrong and sloppy. I asked for no bananas. They send me two bowls with banana toppings, NO NUTELLA or Chocolate chips. I called and they do not even care. I've purchased maybe twice a week for years. Last time. And I know they will try and have me come there. The entire point of delivery is I work all week and I just want to relax. read more

Looking for a quick dinner on a Saturday night, my wife and I recently stopped in at Empower. The restaurant is located in a strip mall on Rt 46 in Kenvil. This is a relatively small place, but they do have indoor seating. We each ordered items off the Grill menu. My wife had the Cali Chicken Sandwich and I had the Southwest Chicken wrap. The food was not only healthy, but very tasty as well. The sauce on my wrap was very good. The only issue we had was that it was very cold in the restaurant. It does look like they do quite a bit of takeout. I'd give Empower a thumbs up and suggest you give it a try! read more

I am considering checking myself into a rehab clinic, because I'm actually addicted to their Coco Date Shake. I think about it every day, and most days I give in, and when I don't, whatever I replace it with ends in disappointment. Only complaint is that they don't offer an XL, because I'd order it. read more

wish i could rate this place even higher because of how deserving they are of it. THANK YOU for being a healthy AND delicious place to get food. Not only that, but the atmosphere is incredible here. I'm someone who gets anxious at places for asking questions, this place has very kind people working that didn't make me feel weird for asking a million questions. The girls and cook I interacted with today are phenomenal people and you can tell that they really love their job and their boss. I have waitressed for 5 years and managed for 1 and I can see how genuinely happy they are at their job. Many owners/ other places don't realize that people care very much about how their owner treats their employees. Quality of the food makes this rate 5 stars on its own, but to see how happy and kind the employees are... i wish i could rate it higher. I will be recommending this place to literally everyone I know. This place deserves the business :) ALSO the BEST overnight oats I have had in my life and I can't stress that enough. I almost don't want to even say this because I wanna make sure there's still some left on the shelf for when I come for my weekly visit. ( I live 35 minutes away) read more

First time visiter and this place DID NOT DISSAPPOINT! The place is extremely clean, all the ingredients looked fresh and quality and it didn't have that hippie weirdo vibe like every other health joint in the world. Super cool guy at the counter, helpful, great conversation and the smoothie that I got ....... holy smokes ..... PHENOMINAL! I got the UPS Special and it was to die for! Never had a better, healthier, better priced smoothie in my life. This place is a must. I'll be here once a week as I come out here for work. read more

I went here recently and had the chicken stir fry over a salad which was delicious with every bite. The chicken was cooked just right and the salad was super fresh and cut in small pieces. It looked as good as it tasted. I believe I spoke to the owner who is very knowledgeable and professional about health. The kitchen is good addition to the health conscious individual. read more

I've ordered from here quite a few times, so far I love everything I've ordered! Very fresh and healthy.

I'm over it. It costs 20 dollars to have one smoothie bowl brought to me via doordash and my order wasn't even right. I never complain but I'm sick and all I wanted was a stupid smoothie bowl. read more

LOVE this place. Guy who owns it lives in my building. Food is excellent and the service is amazing. HIGHLY recommend.

The omelets here are really good. Way better than any cheap over cooked diner omelet you get around the area. The onions and peppers tasted fresh, turkey bacon doesn't taste cheap and the egg is always cooked perfectly with not too much cheese. Açaí bowls and juice are solid too. read more

We were excited to try this place because there isn't a Playa in Roxbury. While the gentleman who works there (owns it- I think) was friendly, the girls behind the counter could definitely use some training in customer service, not friendly at all. We ordered two Acai Bowls that took 20 minutes to make (no exaggeration) there was one person in front of us. In the middle of us ordering, the phone rang and the girl behind the counter stopped helping us, answered the phone and took someone else's full order. Instead of placing them on hold while she finished with us, the customers who were standing in front of her, who she already started helping. The store is clean and we were excited to find a smoothie/bowl/ juice place in town without having to go to Chester, Denville or Rockaway, when we live in Succasunna but waiting 20 minutes for 2 bowls with subpar customer service is more aggravating than driving the few extra miles. It's a shame because they offer juice cleanses and smoothies, had our experience been better we definitely would have been regulars, we go to Playa at least once a week and would go more if it was closer. read more

Awesome experience stopping in today, dropped by for a shake and needed some bcaa's. Do not go to this place now. Been going there for years and the food was always good, but there's some big problems now. The place always had a weird vibe. It was cult-like. It's frequented by body builders and gym rats, of which I am neither. The hygiene seems sketchy. The fruits and vegetables are not being washed properly and the knives don't look clean. The way the preparers handle food is unsafe. The kids who work there are not friendly or cordial and seem like they don't care if you're there at all. I was there today for the last time. When I walked in to pick up an order, there was a very angry and aggressive looking woman in the store with no mask. I left to go out to the car, rather than be in there with someone who was a selfish fool. She then came out and glared at me like she wanted a confrontation. Seemed like a total psycho. I then went back in and asked the kid behind the counter if they were enforcing the wearing of masks. "No, we're not doing that," he said. "Alot of people come in here without them and we're not saying anything." REALLY? In the middle of a pandemic, this store that is built on the concept of health and wellness is taking that stance? I was shocked at the stupidity of this. The place is now unsafe and also annoying to boot. I repeat, do not go there. It's not worth contracting COVID for a smoothie, read more
