My daughter got her eyebrows waxed, and they also offer microblading and eyelash extensions at very reasonable prices. The space is nicely decorated, with a boutique feel rather than your run of the mill nail salon. Jenny picked the name "Lavelle" because she liked the way it sounded, and was happy when she found out that it meant "a cut above." I concur. If we lived here, I would be a regular client.

When she was done I made it clear that I was not happy with the lashes at which point she proceeded to gaslight me and basically say "oh they look so good" even though I kept saying it's not what I asked for and that I was not happy.. i actually think it's the only time she smiled was when she was trying to convince me that I liked them I did attempt to email my concerns about thier poor hygiene , and skill and lack of listening to a customers wishes (because I didn't think they would have appreciated me calling and saying all this when they constantly have customers on speaker phone) nobody ever replied.. it's been over a week.. all lashes have now fallen out because they were SO heavy and have damaged my natural lashes.. (I specifically asked for lighter lashes because I KNOW heavy ones can and will fall off in large clumps and cause Damage which is exactly what they did) I will not go back because it's obvious that they don't actually care what a customer would like, I would however like a refund which I also asked for in my email. Literally the only thing that will satisfy me at this point along with this place needing some hard core hygiene training..

My nail tech didn't speak to me, didn't let me pick out my nail colour, didn't ask me what I wanted or to see a picture (I showed her anyways). She didn't ask if I wanted shellac, just gave it to me. Used the drill bit over my cuticles and left them raw on my finger beds. I asked for the nails to be more rounded and I got cut off and basically told to shut up. The nails don't even look how I wanted them to and don't match the picture I showed. The nail tech didnt give me a hand massage and overcharged me. Will not be going back.

I started in the relaxing and healing infrared sauna. After that I moved to the head neck and back massage where I was given the "royal" treatment there as well. My facial was incorporated into this treatment and the whole time I felt totally relaxed. Afterward I felt totally rejuvenated! I ended my mini vacay with a pedicure. It included a hot stone leg massage and attention to every detail. My feet and toes are beach ready!!! They did a great job and I felt completely safe and secure as they followed COVID protocols - everyone was masked, very clean and disinfected throughly.
