Worst service ever ... we had house warming and hired 2 person for 4 hrs, owner asked us to pay online before they come. We paid in advance but service was very unprofessional. They had only 2 towels and was using same for cleaning everything( wood surface, granite , stainless steel) One lady was quick and know her job but other one was good, owner is very rude they just make you pay and sub contract work to someone and then you are on your own. I was so happy about the service provided by Purify Pros. I contacted them to set up an appointment for house cleaning and they were very accomodating. Although service could have been provided in 2 days, I stressed to the owner how the next day would fit better into my schedule. She was very polite and accomodating and next day service was provided on a Sunday! The two housekeepers did and AMAZING job and cleaned and disinfected the entire house. The cleaning was detailed and they paid attention to everything. They went above and beyond when it came to wiping down the windows and walls. I would definitely use them again in the future. I sent pictures of a few areas of my home that weren't cleaned. My floors were dirty. My counters were dirty. My bathtub enclosure and shelves had some soap still on them. My bay window lesge in the living room had dirt on it after they cleaned it (from my plants) I sent pics to them. My walls still had coffee stains on it after I showed the cleaner the areas that were stained from a dropped cup of coffee. I have pictures if anyone is interested in seeing them. I paid extra for interior wall cleaning ($80) and a deep clean ($30 extra I think) They refunded me $60. You have got to be kidding. Even the stuff on my kitchen counters weren't moved to clean. If I could rate zero I would. First of all, very unprofessional. I paid for a deep cleaning of a 3 bedroom 1 bath house. My floors were the only thing really dusty and dirty due to my needing shoulder replacement. Kitchen and bath was cleaned regularly and not dirty. Paid $232.00 and l lady here for only two hours. Who can deep clean a house in two hours? She zoomed through using one small bucket for all floors, dirty water!!! I had to make her change for kitchen floor. She was in big hurry for a job she had in Jersey City. She told me things she did not want Purify to know. I did not want to throw her under the bus, but not only did she call my son and I and harass but she lied to purify owner. I just had shoulder replacement surgery and this is very disheartening. Fact, she cleaned haphazardly for only two hours and did not, by any stretch of the imagination, deep clean. When I contacted purify a man Dimitri understood and we agreed that I'd pay for two hours and get credited the difference. I said I would even try a different lady again. He said I did not have to dispute with Amex. Then never heard a word, no credit, they did not answer my calls, nothing. Finally got Dimitri by calling from another number. I asked why he clearly agreed to the credit and said I did not need to dispute charge and nothing had been done for almost two weeks. He said he needed to discuss with owner which he never said when we spoke. He said owner will call. To date, nothing. I was forced to dispute charge. I can't believe the unprofessional manner in which this was handled. Shameful. She did not even clean my kitchen, just oven haphazardly which I paid additional to do. Floors were not clean because you can't mop with dirty water and need to sweep or vacuum thoroughly before mopping. There is so much more I can say about what she did and did not do. read more

Before COVID I used Purify Pros and resumed services on 12/11. They called to see if I wanted to move my appointment after confirming and arrived 2 hours later. The person they sent did a very poor job. She seemed as if she was in a rush. I contacted the office later that day to let them know of my dissatisfaction and again later in the evening after discovering more areas where they hadn't even cleaned at all. I received a callback this morning where I shared feedback and requested that they send someone our to finish the job we paid for. Also shared how their employee suggested I call her because it's easier and cheaper...she only charges $40/hr. I later called back and followed up with text messages. All I got was I'll be hearing from the owner. It's now after 3pm late and still no return call or anything to satisfy an unhappy, loyal customer. I will take my business elsewhere. read more

After leaving the below review, my mother was again contacted by the manager. At that point, I was over the house because I had wanted to see for myself the level of cleaning that had occurred. The floors hadn't even been cleaned and there was visible dust everywhere. I got on the phone with the manager myself. He again offered to have the service come back, but at this point, my mother didn't want them to so they instead said they'd get back to me about a refund. I had paid $234 and they wound up refunding me $150, which I said I appreciated. It took 3 days, but they did refund the money. I purchased the two bedroom and 2 bathroom clean with the extra deep clean in order to ensure the dusting of the baseboards and the light fixtures would be completed. The basic surface items such as wiping the counters and vacuuming, service was fine. However when I called to question what the extra deep clean included, I was told that it is specifically vague and has no description online. Basic things such as cleaning the baseboard, cleaning around the toilet, dusting the blinds and lights were not completed. When I requested a refund for only the Deep clean portion which was about $30 I was told it was my word against the maid and was not allowed to receive a full refund. Update: I used the service a second time and was very disappointed with the results. The cleaners that came the second time arrived late, left early and lied about it when I complained. To add insult to injury, the place was still not clean. I knew that my move out cleaning would be extensive so I booked a longer service time. I booked 2 cleaners for 3 hours but received at most 2 hours. The company did refund my missing hour but my husband and I had to clean for a few hours before the apartment was really clean. She was very friendly, we showed her the house covered our main goals throughout the house. We found she executed all our needs. Only downside: they only sent her. It took 3 her three hours. We tried to order everything online. Unfortunately we have a very messy place. We initially ordered one cleaner but then tried to quickly contact them to get 2 cleaners. They said "we'll get back to you", but all along they reiterated "oh one cleaner can do all of it". They didn't call back but made it seem as if was taken care of. The first cleaner came and she was stressed out. She needed another cleaner. I thought another one was coming. The other cleaner didn't come while she was there. I called the contact person and I thought he was he was stressed and defensive, telling me "we just found out that the 2nd cleaner couldn't come early in the morning". I think the first cleaner stayed as she could and they had another cleaner come about 2-3 hours later, so I had to stick around for about 8 hours in total. If there were 2 cleaners to begin with they would have finished in about 3-4 hours. The only call we got was a few days later was about whether the second cleaner worked a certain number of hours so she could get paid. We are not working for the company so that's not our job. Very disorganized service and I wonder if they treat their employees fairly. I get the feeling they overwork some employees and don't know how to communicate. I realize my place is messy but that's why we hired them in the first place. We needed their help desperately. They're reasonable in terms of cost but you get what you pay for. If you want to avoid aggravation and frustration, don't use this service. I plan to look elsewhere and spend a few more bucks for piece of mind. read more

Due to changes in her delivery date, we had to change the appointment 3 times. Each time the scheduler was pleasant and asked our indulgence while she rescheduled & did so within 15 minutes of the request. I called and used Purify Pros for the first time this weekend. I called to inquire about their services on Friday afternoon and they sent someone here at 10AM the next day (they also offered to send someone the day of as well). I had scheduled a complete deep clean of my house and they were very flexible in timing which I absolutely appreciated. The house looked really great for the most part, they got the job done and the bathrooms looked amazing (which was most important to me) but I did find areas of dust on some furniture and floors which made me a little upset about the amount of money we spent. All in all, I may look into using them again bc of the flexibility and overall outcome but I did want to be honest with some of the negatives I encountered as well. read more

During the service, the lady told ME to clean the bathroom while I was in my room packing my things. Why would I be paying for a service if I could've done it myself? This company is completely unreliable. The cleaning person arrived thirty minutes late, made me park her car for her, and complained continuously. By the time she started she was 45 minutes late. She did not bring the flowers I paid for, she did not clean the toilet, she did not clean beneath any furniture, and she did not clean the cabinet shelving that I paid for. When I complained to the company, they agreed to send someone again in a few days. In the meantime, I received half a dozen threatening calls and voicemails from the first cleaning person. The second cleaning person was supposed to come at 8:30 am. At 8:35 I called Purify Pros and asked how late she was going to be, and they said she would be there by 8:45. At 8:45 I called again and Purify Pros said she would still be late, so I cancelled the appointment. In the end, Purify Pros begrudgingly refunded part of the services I had paid for and not received, which did not amount to much. I have a rental property and my tenant left the countertops in very bad shape especially the bathroom countertops on the second floor. I paid for 2 hours of cleaning I specifically said to clean all countertops in the house. They came, cleaned the kitchen countertops, sink (which is in such bad shape that I already bought a new one to replace), and maybe some other items. My contractor said that when he game back from home depot, the girls were already gone and the bathroom counters were never touched. When I called to voice my dissatisfaction, they said that the girls performed 2 hours of cleaning and that is all they were paid to do. I mean really? I asked for A and they performed B!!! I waited for over 30 minutes and then went about my day. 2 hours later I received a phone call that they were waiting at the house. I told them I was no longer interested in their services and would like a refund.
