(Mr. Andy B.) was personable and professional in helping us assess the best filtration system available to us. He painstakingly detailed all the filtration options for us, and was patient and kind with our detailed questions. Andy, (and Culligan), were gracious through the product installation, and their staff has been available if we needed assistance with the product. As for the product itself, labs seem to indicate much of what we wanted filtered has been removed. (We can't say much more on water quality, jury's still out on that). However, Andy B. (and Culligan) helped provide us turnkey financing, and Mr. B. personally tested our water several times, at our request, before and after the system installation, to our satisfaction. Recent labs seem to indicate the filter's holding up after a year, which is a good thing. No other company offered such a product, while still providing filtration commensurate with the required standards. Mr. Andy B (and Culligan's) product technicians were prompt, respectful and thorough in their analysis of our water filtration concerns. You may pay more (in some cases). Ten minutes later the owner John came up my walk and I directed him to the crawl space, whereupon he emerged 5 minutes later with the verdict: the 12 year old water heater was DOA and leaking. Since my mechanicals are all squeezed into a crawl-space, he would need to locate a new heater designed to fit in such spaces. He spent about 10 minutes on his phone and told me he could have a supply house in Hanover drive one right up. Additionally, he told me an electrician would be necessary to install an emergency cutoff switch and offered his go-to guy if I didn't have one. I didn't and he made the call. An hour later he came back with his helper and the new tank. Meyer Electric out of Swartswood showed up 10 minutes later and both crews went to work. 3 hours elapsed and I was back in business! I am completely satisfied with the workmanship and with the fast response to hot water dilemma. I love that the operation is a family affair and local. I'm lucky too that John has a good relationship with Bill Meyer Electric, who came on very short notice and did the work for a fair price. They sent a plumber today, who has been here for 2.5 hours and I still have no hot water in the master bathroom. He has tried many solutions to no effect. Both hot water tanks are working, and one upstairs bath has hot water but the other does not. Last March it also took four Artic Air service calls to solve another problem. As such, I have no confidence in their plumbing service and will ask for a refund on the money I paid for the Comfort Club priority service. I need a competent plumber who can restore my hot water! Use Artic for HVAC, but not for plumbing!

I was very skeptic when shopping for a water solution for my new home. I read very good reviews and Advanced Water Softening came recommended by another home technician. I purchased the recommended system and had it installed a week later. I have learned to never judge someone or a company by situations or issues, rather by the way they are handled. The tech who installed the system in my home was very courteous and polite. He did a clean job however there was an issue with the hook up under my sink that caused a minor flood. In all reality it came down to the pluming situated under my sink that caused the issue. The install took place on Friday. Friday night I noticed the leaking, Saturday morning I called at 8:50 am (10 mins prior to opening time of 9 am) and spoke with someone who immediately took control of the situation. A tech was at my home before noon and the issue was resolved. The tech even went out of his way to ensure my connected appliances were connected and properly working. I have to say that Advanced Water Softening not only installed a quality product with great service followed up by fantastic response to an issue but they were extremely attentive and treated me like I was their most valuable client.
