Typically as soon as I check in at the front desk, they will bring me back to an exam room right away (no wait!). On maybe a handful of occasions, I did have a wait but it was always less than 5 minutes. I am usually in and out of the office within 30 minutes, and within 45mins - 1hr on my annual visits. I regret coming here…read more I got Smart Lipo done in 2023 on my lower and upper abdomen. I was told that the cost of the procedure would include the medications and anything I needed for my recovery. During my procedure I was given Lidocaine (which was my first time) and about half way is when I already used my limited amount. I went through the rest of the procedure without it. I was in immense pain but advised them to keep going. My recovery process was longer than I expected but I did everything they recommended with the lymphatic massages that that offered only a certain amount after surgery. I even continued the massages on my own and paid out of pocket to help anymore drainage. I was provided a slip, foam, and board the first half of my recovery when I was extremely inflamed and swollen for this time but overtime continued to heal and drain more of the fluids out. The other half of my recovery I asked for a smaller size in the slip because I could not get enough compression from the old one. They told me that they could not provide me but I could buy my own which was between $80-$100 for a new one. A YEAR after the procedure is when I was supposed to see my full results and I addressed my concerns that I had 4 months into my recovery that they said they would wait until I'm fully recovered to look at. The areas that they missed during my operation and even told me during every check up that they could always go back in and get when I was fully heal. When I brought up this topic again they gave me another quote stating it would be more money even though they admitted they did miss it during my first operation. I would not recommend the Smart Lipo to anyone who just wants a quick solution to flat stomach. By the time you go through the procedure and recovery then you could have already paid for a personal trainer and gym membership that still came out cheaper. This procedure will DESTROY your core and will have to slowly build it back up if you are already active.

I had some type of laser for brown spots and melasma. Also the same day .I had filler injected into my face my lips and under my eye all in one day and was told this would be OK in one setting . I have had filler in the past and I have Never experience what I experience there. When I left Cassandra not only did I get lidocaine in Eye . And was told that it was not her fault and I had to see ophthalmologist because my cornea was scratched. I was very patient and trying to wait and see if all the bruising I experienced would go away. Cassandra refused to pay half of my hundred dollar bill at the ophthalmologist. Which was a palling because I could not go to work for 10 days without wearing a mask. I had to wear a mask to cover up all the bruising from all the procedures I had in one day. I am still to this day having bluish tint under my eye from the filler that was . I was told by Cassandra that it was more my fault that this happened and you will see I never had anything like this on my face before the procedures. I tried to work with her hoping that this bluish tint under my eye will go away but I'm finding out I could be damage for years. I cannot even cover up the spot with make up. I am so Upset that Cassandra Santos operates a business and does not feel that she's accountable for anything that she cause me . I am traumatized from this experience. I've tried to reach out to her and I get to no compassion for what has happened to me. And I'm having to search around for someone that can reverse this filler and get rid of the blue tint under my eye. This is called the Tyndall effect. That is an excessive amount for anyone, especially for someone like me with no forehead wrinkles ( my treatment it was only forehead and around the eyes ) who only wanted a small preventative treatment. Within weeks, my forehead was completely frozen, I developed drooping in both eyebrows, and my right eyelid has ptosis. I called about one week after the appointment for help, and the only response I received was a call from Ashley telling me this was "normal" and practically yelling at me. As for my lips, the same day of the procedure I could tell something was off -- my upper lip was noticeably larger than my lower lip. When I asked about it, she simply said she "only added volume," showing no concern for symmetry or the overall look of her work. I am still waiting for my neurologist appointment because I now have half of my head paralyzed and pain in the right side of my forehead. I am sharing this because I do not want anyone else to go through what I went through.
