This is my fourth one in the area I have tried and it hit every box. I got an appointment very quickly, sign in was easy, the staff was beyond pleasant, and I left feeling heard and satisfied. I always prefer simplicity and efficiency to excessive showmanship especially with all things medical. 2) scheduling was efficient and easy 3) the specific provider I had was professional and efficient. 4) having a lot of trouble getting them on the phone for results of pathology. You call in and their AI bot answers the phone. It misinterprets most of what is said so you just have to call back in and say representative and when it asks for details just say no because it will misunderstand them anyway. I have fenced with their AI bot 3-4 times and can't get a call back with results. This is simple stuff, and potentially the most important part of this process. If you will put an AI bot firewall between me and access to my medical information, I will not use you as a provider. I think that expectation is more than reasonable.

Since my surgery was in my neck my ear had to be removed the cancer was extracted . I had chemo and radiation post surgery . The after effects left the left side of my face sunken and clearly visible.. In 2020, I had a consultation with Cassandra Santos and she indicated she could help correct some of my disfigured face. So we did some filler and Botox . There was improvement but clearly I needed more . Cassandra sincerely wanted to help , the cost was out of the question for me at the time so we did a little hear and there and I was sold with the results. At this time now I have had a total rejuvenation package done and I am very pleased to say the results are more than I ever expected . I feel like I got a new lease on life. I would highly recommend her and her services and think her work is beyond expectations . If you are thinking about having some filler or Botox I would highly recommend her. In addition, her prices are very fair and she tries to work with you.

Hi went to Cassandra Santos Establishment which specializes in advance technology when dealing with skin care procedures. This was in July through December 2021. I had some type of laser for brown spots and melasma. Also the same day .I had filler injected into my face my lips and under my eye all in one day and was told this would be OK in one setting . I have had filler in the past and I have Never experience what I experience there. When I left Cassandra not only did I get lidocaine in Eye . And was told that it was not her fault and I had to see ophthalmologist because my cornea was scratched. I was very patient and trying to wait and see if all the bruising I experienced would go away. Cassandra refused to pay half of my hundred dollar bill at the ophthalmologist. Which was a palling because I could not go to work for 10 days without wearing a mask. I had to wear a mask to cover up all the bruising from all the procedures I had in one day. I am still to this day having bluish tint under my eye from the filler that was . I was told by Cassandra that it was more my fault that this happened and you will see I never had anything like this on my face before the procedures. I tried to work with her hoping that this bluish tint under my eye will go away but I'm finding out I could be damage for years. I cannot even cover up the spot with make up. I am so Upset that Cassandra Santos operates a business and does not feel that she's accountable for anything that she cause me . I am traumatized from this experience. I've tried to reach out to her and I get to no compassion for what has happened to me. And I'm having to search around for someone that can reverse this filler and get rid of the blue tint under my eye. This is called the Tyndall effect. When it happens with somebody inject you the wrong way . I had to go through several months of bruising and embarrassment of my face. The reason I'm writing this it's because people need to know what can happen to them if you do not do your research and ask the right questions when you are receiving filler from an office that does not have a plastic surgery certified Doctor office be careful . She claims that she is a advanced master Injector. And this is what happened to me. I am only trying to get help and now I'm gonna have to pay more money for her mistake. I also received Botox in my forehead and got the droopy eye syndrome where I look very weird. I really don't see how people can stay in business and do what they did to me. I paid over $2000 and I am scared . I look aweful . I was very hopeful that Cassandra could help me and she just drop the ball. She said she injected me with free filler and that's all she can do. It's pretty much not her problem. She wouldn't even let me come in to see her when I said I had extensive bruising she told me to ice it and use Arnica and wait three weeks . What would anybody else do in this situation. I have found now that people use fancy words and make websites to look like they are very good and they have no personally before and after pictures. I am sure some people will continue to go to them because they did not have my experience every person is different and you have to know what you're dealing with when you're dealing with someone's face. Bottom line .

But after I paid, She told me it will take 5 treatments at $300.00 per session. She also said the dark spots will get black and then fall off after each treatment. I waited for 15 days, nothing happened at all!! So I called, the owner Mellisa Lynch and she gave me a free treatment but, at the same time she tried to sell me a more expensive full face treatment which was $1000/ per visit and would take take 3-4 visits. I only have four dark spots so this option did not seem reasonable and I felt like she was trying to take advantage of me. I didn't accept her offer. I completed the next treatment and waited to see the results and still nothing happened like they promised again. My friend who is another customer of Purefico explained my experience to Melissa Lynch and Mellisa asked me to call her to talk about the situation. I called Melissa Lynch many times, she never replied. This Monday I went to her salon, Melissa and her staff member (another Melissa) were laughing and chatting. So I asked to speak with the owner, the staff member Melissa said "We are doing a very expensive training, we spent a lot of money so Mellisa wants me to tell you she is not available for the whole day, That's was her answer!" Even though I witnessed The owner having time to engage in small talk with her staff but she had no time for a customer that was not seeing treatment results that were stated by the salon. So I left a message for a call from the owner with the front desk, Cindy. Later in the afternoon the front desk called me, said "Melissa will give you two options: 1. keep doing more treatments. It may take six times,or 2. you can talk to Melissa which will cost you $100 dollars. This is reprehensible way to treat a customer. She went on to say, "As you age its normal for nothing happened after the treatments" which contrary to everything they told me to sell me on the expensive services. "Melissa wants me to tell you don't contact her anymore that's it!" 1.I am older but it should not be used as a excuse to mislead me about the results I should expect. 2. I researched other companies I found on line . The consensus was, the spots like I have can be completely removed with one treatment. My sincere conclusion was Purefico approached my treatments to intentionally lure me in and sell me excessive amounts of treatments for their financial gain. 3.Bad customer service, demeaning and nasty attitude and they hide from customers and refuse to take any responsibility In conclusion, Purefico is a fraud, please don't go there and get pulled into their sales trap!!
