What really surprised me, though, is that the screens are so clean they actually look new. Also the window sills, frames and tracks are spotless. I don't know how they did it. And yesterday when I was mowing my lawn I noticed that they even did the basement cinder-block windows. Totally unexpected. This company was one of the best service experiences I've ever had. In pursuit of a squirrel, my cat pushed through a tiny hole in my upstairs bathroom screen, until only the rounded curve of his back, his legs and tail were on the inside of the screen. A funny sight, but, of course, now, from the second floor, the huge, gaping hole posed a danger, not to mention which my Landlord would probably not be too happy to find this now huge hole! Only 9 miles from the center of Hilltop, where I live, and 5 miles from Drexel in Bexley, they are very conveniently located. Usually, they make home visits to clean windows, pressure wash homes and roofs, clean concrete, clean decks, clean dryer vents, and repair and replace screens, among other cleaning and repair type services. In this case, I took my screen window to them. They are a small business, I believe they are family-owned, they provide extremely competitive and reasonable quotes, and they care about their customers. Micrin, the owner, heads a bright, engaging team of employees. Carmen and Deidre were the two who helped me. They are proud of the quality of their work! This is, indeed, a quality you want when you hire someone to provide a service. Their attitudes and the quality of their service engender trust. I highly recommend them for any work that you may need on your house. To see a list of what they do, go here - http://2020viewllc.com/, where you will also find links to many other rave reviews.

The quotes we received were not as high as Paul's. One was $241.88 which is $100 more than Mrs Powerwash. When I called the phone number the answering machine said that they were so busy that I would be looking at 2-3 weeks out on getting the house washed. When I received a call back the guy said they could be out to clean the next Friday. One week, I was surprised! I liked what I saw when I came home and I'm satisfied with the job that was done. Out the door with tax it was $163.00. My only complaint and the reason I didn't give 5 stars was the phone tag I went through to get an appointment setup. Other than that I will be using them in the future, and will be recommending this company to others.

I am in fact a "real" customer, and perhaps the owner should take some business classes on businesses etiquette and how to respond to people.* Went with the company because of the name. I'm a woman, and I was with my kids alone. A man came late, and he barely spoke to me and kept giving me mean looks the entire time, making me feel very uncomfortable. Wasn't there very long, and I expressed my concern about the job not looking well. Didn't even respond to me. My son needed me out front so I said to hold on, and went to check on him, and in such a mean tone, he said, "I guess I'll just follow you then." I would never recommend this company at all.

During cleaning I had to continually point out to the workers where they had missed dirt on the windows. I believed my windows were clean but when the sun moved to the other side of the house I noticed more streaks and unclean windows. (See pictures) I emailed K&T with photos. They did not address the unclean windows and told me I had inspected work and signed the customer satisfaction form. I asked to have the dirty windows recleaned but never heard back.
