Still in disbelief. I highly recommend this place! Will be booking all my massages here!

Extremely Unprofessional and Painful Experience…read more This was honestly one of the worst massage experiences I have ever had. I left feeling like I had been hurt rather than helped, and my body actually hurts more today than it did before the massage yesterday. I specifically told the therapist that I am a cancer survivor with lymphedema and that I was experiencing significant pain in my neck and shoulder. A professional massage therapist should take a medical history seriously and understand how certain conditions can affect the type of massage and pressure that is appropriate. Instead, there was no oil used during the massage, and his hands were extremely rough. He was pinching and plucking at my back, and I was saying "ouch" throughout the entire massage. About halfway through, he leaned down and whispered that there was a "special oil" available for an additional $20. I later learned that what I was given was supposedly CBD oil, and it smelled strongly like Biofreeze. The experience became even more concerning. He put extremely hot towels on my back, hot enough that I felt like I was being scalded. He felt my feet and said I was cold, rather than handling that professionally, he plugged in a blow dryer and began blowing hot air all over my body. He also used significant pressure points on my skull, and my head now feels bruised and sore. I honestly question whether this person had any professional massage training whatsoever. The entire experience felt extremely unprofessional and, frankly, unsafe. Someone with a medical condition could potentially be seriously injured by this kind of treatment. A professional massage therapist should ask about medical history, listen when a client says something hurts, adjust their technique appropriately, and never continue using painful or potentially harmful pressure. I will never return to this establishment, and I strongly recommend that others be very cautious before booking a massage here. If you have any medical conditions, I would be especially careful and make sure you understand exactly who will be performing your massage and what their qualifications are. This was not a relaxing or therapeutic experience. It was painful, uncomfortable, and completely unprofessional. I contemplated leaving mid-way, I regret now I didn't.

Unfortunately I did not enjoy me experience. I came in on a Thursday as a walk in at 12 noon. There…read morewas no wait so I was attended to right away. I got the 60 minute foot massage with head to toe (chair massage). For the foot massage they started with a 2 minute foot soak with only water which I found surprising since all other reflexology places I've been to always use soap water. For the massage they use those blue latex gloves so it takes away from the experience which I did not like. Felt very dry despite the lotion being used. I originally had a lady and her pressure was very weak and I think she was doing her best but she was older so not sure she could really give deep pressure. A man arrived about 15 minutes into my massage and they switched out which was great because he had much more pressure. However, did not help because the gloves they use cause a dry feeling. After the foot massage I moved on to the chair and that was HORRIBLE! He did not use gloves with the chair massage but her also did not use lotion so once again a very dry dull experience. Lastly when I went to check out the man told me the machine was down and if I could pay cash. I told him the lady did not tell me that when I checked in. He asked if I could leave them my credit card information on a piece of paper (HECK NO)! That's literally insane to ask someone that and also who is crazy enough to leave credit card information on a paper. Once I told him I was uncomfortable doing that, all of a sudden the machine magically started working. There are many other places so I don't suggest coming and I won't be back. The staff was nice and who knows maybe I just got unlucky that day. Either way I will not be back.

I had the same experience with this business regarding "expired" gift cards. First off, I received…read morethis gift card as a gift for my bridal shower. When we called to book an appointment, the woman on the line said she found my gift card, stated my name and the amount. Then after she saw the purchase date, proceeded to tell my husband that the gift card was "booted" out of the system. How was it booted out of the system when you just pulled it up? So I called, the woman then told me that there is an expiration date on the paper. There was no expiration date. Then she says, oh well in the fine print, it says you can't use it after a year. When I read the fine print, it mentioned that the gift card must be valid for a year from the date of the reopening of the spa due (April 2020) to COVID-19 virus closure. My gift card was purchased in 2022 so I had no idea that applied to this. If there's a one year "policy" the person purchasing the gift card needs to be made aware. Nonetheless, this business is essentially stealing money. Someone paid this business $80, all for nothing. That is stealing, I don't care how you look at it. On top of that, I am looking for a new spa to get massages I would've loved to try this business out to see if I could make it a part of my self care routine. But I will never spend my money here. I write blogs & create content for places people need to try while in Atlanta. I've seen quality customer service, and this place is just not it. I will make sure everyone connected to me knows what kind of business this is. Horrible.

Amazing! I went…read morethere for the first time today for a facial, and I was very satisfied with my experience! If you are a first timer, make sure you come early because there are some paper work they want you to fill out to better serve you. The receptionist was really nice. After I checked in with her, she showed me the bathroom, waited for me, and then showed me the locker room and my robe and slippers. The specialist that did my facial was Dawn. She was very nice and knowledgeable. She asked me some questions to get to know the routine for my face, and then she looked at my skin for my skin type. She did my facial according to my skin type and the needs of my face. She used different products and warm towels to clean my face. When she cleaned my face with the warm towel, she would put pressure on different spots to give me a gentle massage. I really enjoyed this part especially when she put light pressure on my eyes over the warm towel, it felt really good. At one point she gave me a steam treatment and at another point she extracted some of my blackheads. She also massages my upper chest, my arms and my hands. I don't really remember the order because the atmosphere was so relaxing and I was so comfortable that I was in and out of sleep. I will definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a facial that will meet your needs and satisfy your desire to have a relaxing time doing it!
