I had back-to-back appointments that day and could not afford to wait any longer, so 25 minutes after my appointment, I left and rescheduled for five days later. For my third experience, I called to make an appointment and left a voicemail message, as Laura did not pick up. We ended up doing one round of telephone tag, after Laura returned my call at a time when I was not available. The next time I called and left a message, she did not return the call. I tried leaving another message a day later, but she has never called me back. I see V Aesthetics is currently running a Groupon for the same deal that I bought. Literally the best care I've ever received from any PCP or PA. Recently, Dr. Bleaman left the practice, which I was unaware of. The interaction I had with the receptionist was less than pleasant.. I asked to make an appointment. Her response, "Dr. Bleaman is no longer with us. You can uh go find her yourself if you want." I said: "Why wasn't I notified of the change? Do you know where she went?" She responded, "Nope. Dont know. You must not be on the email thread. If you want an appointment you can make it with Dr. Pang. and by the way we don't accept insurance any more. Everything's out of pocket." And to that I asked about the pending refills on my prescriptions, as they are medically necessary without delay. The receptionist said to me, "We can't fill them so if you want to make an appointment like... immediately then maybe we can work on it" SO RUDE. I told her she can take me off of their patient list as I will NEVER return to such a practice. Poor professionalism.
