I spoke with Wonzer B. and he was awesome. I submitted the work order on Wednesday and he finished the job on Thursday evening. He communicated with me throughout the process and even provided me with pictures of his equipment. I live out of state so I was relying on my tenant to relay what was done. My tenant stated that everything looked amazing. I decided to take a trip down to Atlanta over the weekend just to see the job performed. I must say that I was extremely pleased with the job done. I highly recommend Rhema for any pressure washing needs you may have. They went above and beyond and I am so thankful to them.

He said that the red dirt doesn't come, but then he used Awesome (which can be bought at the dollar store) and it came off easily. I checked behind him and there were spots that he had to go back over, including red dirt on my garage. He sprayed something on it and the parts that were white turned blue. Also, he sprayed so much water into a socket that wasn't covered up that it caught on fire when I tried to use it a week after he left. He has stickers on his white van that he is BBB accredited, but he's not! He ended up costing me more than the job was worth! I hope this helps someone.

He informed me that he would be available to come buy on a sunday between 10-12 (noon). I sent him a follow-up message via the yelp app (same day) to ensure that he still plans on arriving for our appointment. Unfortunately, he never showed up nor sent me a follow-up message that he would not show up for the appointment. I am sure he does great work and perhaps he has alot of appointments but it may be important for his business to hire an assistant and as a result I won't give him a chance for a future project.
