I had been having this painful neck & shoulder issue with limited range of motion for quite awhile, thinking it was just overuse & would eventually resolve--WRONG!! I was to leave on a cruise vacation the following week & was really seeking relief beyond the usual meds & long-term physical therapy sessions that I had no time for. Dr Proctor was very kind, professional & thorough in his assessment. He did some sort of maneuver/readjustment that realigned my vertebrae. I was very sore the next morning as he warned me I would be. But the excruciating nerve-like pain was somewhat lessened & I was very pleased with the outcome of my visit. I made 2 additional appts with the same result & was astonished to see that the excruciating pain had almost disappeared after my 3rd visit. For years I suffered chronic pain, and until I started being treated by him, I was unable to decrease my level of pain. Also, I was troubled to see a review that was not a true representation of his practice, expertise, and service that he delivers to his patients. I mention this because I too visited his practice that day and noticed a message indicating that a sudden family emergency had forced him to close abruptly. Immediately, I felt empathy for his situation, and while I too wanted to have my pops for the day, I understood that family comes first and my disappointment was nothing in comparison to what he was dealing with.
