For years I suffered chronic pain, and until I started being treated by him, I was unable to decrease my level of pain. Also, I was troubled to see a review that was not a true representation of his practice, expertise, and service that he delivers to his patients. I mention this because I too visited his practice that day and noticed a message indicating that a sudden family emergency had forced him to close abruptly. Immediately, I felt empathy for his situation, and while I too wanted to have my pops for the day, I understood that family comes first and my disappointment was nothing in comparison to what he was dealing with. I hope to set the record straight, Dr. Jon is excellent, and if I were someone seeking an excellent chiropractor, I would highly recommend you visit his practice and experience the relieving treatment he is surely to provide.

I went to see if anything could be done to relax a neck muscle that has been tight for years. Not painful except when it occasionally spasms. In three visits it was about $500. When I tried to return it, I was told they don't do returns. Second visit - wanted me to buy more vitamins and a pillow. All appointments were scheduled without asking my preference of days or times. I cancelled them all after the third visit and spending $500.

I had been having this painful neck & shoulder issue with limited range of motion for quite awhile, thinking it was just overuse & would eventually resolve--WRONG!! I was to leave on a cruise vacation the following week & was really seeking relief beyond the usual meds & long-term physical therapy sessions that I had no time for. Dr Proctor was very kind, professional & thorough in his assessment. He did some sort of maneuver/readjustment that realigned my vertebrae. I was very sore the next morning as he warned me I would be. But the excruciating nerve-like pain was somewhat lessened & I was very pleased with the outcome of my visit. I made 2 additional appts with the same result & was astonished to see that the excruciating pain had almost disappeared after my 3rd visit. Truthfully, I had never been to a chiropractor before & was skeptical, but I was getting desperate & got a referral from a family member. I'm so glad I overcame my hesitation & gave Dr Proctor a try. He relieved my pain almost miraculously. And his fees are very reasonable. Thank you, Dr Proctor!

About 4 years ago, I had an episode that lasted 6 weeks! I could barely walk. I finally sought help from Dr. Roberts. After a thorough 2 hour long visit, I was 90% better. Since then, I have sought his help with shoulder pain. He has even treated my teenage daughter for a wrist injury from playing sports. Dr. Roberts is very knowledgeable and very thorough. I came in because of foot pain, which is quite possible from tendonitis. I've been in pain and limping around for two months. I was hoping I could get some relief or at least help my back that had now started to hurt from the limping around. I fully expected to be lectured for not taking care of myself sooner and it probably would have been justified. Dr. Raef didn't do that. He listened, he offered some great advice and then he got to work to correct the issue. I appreciated that he walked me through the entire process. He was firm but gentle. Then when he was done, I got up and walked without pain! I could not believe it! When initially speaking with him, I wasn't able to put pressure on my foot. After the adjustment, I was able to stand on both feet with even pressure and not be in pain. I'm still in awe of what happened! I don't think I even realized how much pain I've been in until I didn't have it! I highly recommend Dr. Raef and his team for any and all chiropractic needs.
