When I tried to return it, I was told they don't do returns. Second visit - wanted me to buy more vitamins and a pillow. All appointments were scheduled without asking my preference of days or times. Dr Proctor was very kind, professional & thorough in his assessment. He did some sort of maneuver/readjustment that realigned my vertebrae. Dr Parker is extremely professional and yet compassionate and very thorough. she uses a technique called ART (No snap, crackle, pop) and gently manipulates the tissue and muscles in a specific way to rebalance the muscles and joints. In my instance, I wound up needing joint replacement eventually, but EVERY visit brought some relief and then she would demonstrate and teach stretches AND tape the area to support it and prolong the benefit. She also does cranio sacral release and a lot of work on babies and children. Everyone seems to leave with a big smile and I know I certainly did! I was referred to her by my yoga teacher and my local pharmacist. The pharmacist had a college daughter w chronic knee pain that resolved after a few treatments. This woman has a gift!

I came in because of foot pain, which is quite possible from tendonitis. I've been in pain and limping around for two months. He listened, he offered some great advice and then he got to work to correct the issue. I appreciated that he walked me through the entire process. He was firm but gentle.
