All Around Roofing, Siding & Gutters just came through and exceeded expectations AGAIN!!…read more I would never refer a company to anyone unless I would personally use them myself... #CountOnThat I've needed to get this roof fixed since we moved in last summer, but it was put on the back burner. So I made one call to my girl Chelsea late last week. She was able to give me an estimate and set up the appointment based on the photos I sent her! #PRO I cannot think this company and their crew enough. Every time I call, they come through like champs! This is what you call five star service!!

I can only review based on my experience with this company…read more I bought a house in 2023 that had a new roof installed by All Around Roofing two years earlier with a Ten Year Transferable Warranty. I had All Around Roofing out four times for this roof leaking in the same spot, but the leak remained. After All Around Roofing did not return my calls, I was forced to have other roofing companies look at the roof for the leak. Both companies said the roof had been installed incorrectly, with both ridge and box vents installed that were causing the leak. I paid another company $1350.00 to fix the inferior work, and it has not leaked since. Obviously, I would not recommend this company.

Throughout the years, when we have had issues with our roof, they have always been very responsive to inspect and if necessary, replace shingles with only cost of the replacement shingles, no labor. We are currently working with them to replace our roof again and they are great at communicating the process and answering questions. I highly recommend Solid Rock to anyone needing a new roof.

No high pressure sales tactics from him and he gave us the option to paint the shutters which brought cost down. And they look great, better than new. Since new ones probably would of been vinyl not metal. Also Jarrod and James and their crew did a great job as well. They finished job in good time, and cleaned up well afterwards. They are very professional company and really deserve their A+ BBB rating.

AlphaOne Exterior is a good job on replacing the roof. However while replacing the roof the gutter…read moresystem is now missed aligned. This would be an easy adjustment and could have even been part of the insurance claim. I live out of state and had them do the work for my 90 year old mother. When I actually got back to visit my mother I notice the gutters were not attach properly and water was running off the roof and behind the gutter system. Before the work the gutter system worked find. I called the for a simple gutter adjustments, that is actually have the roof dump the water into the gutters. I was told they did not replace out gutters and it was not their issue. I told him that gutter adjustment when you replace an entire roof to insure proper drainage is normal operation when I my personal roof replaced. Jarod (the owner) told me that is not how he does business and hung up on me. I did call back, he did not take my call but I did tell him I was now going to write a review. I do not like writing negative reviews. I believe in working with people to resolve issues. AlphaOne seems to want to ignore good customer relationships and allow issues to fester. Know if you do not inspect every aspect of the project, get every detailed in writing, I not sure that they actually count the number of roofing nails. The owner will tell you it not their problem. I am sure I did not ask about the adjustment of gutters. When you pull off a roof and are throwing materials off and onto the roof gutters get bumped. From my experience with good companies they know this and ensure the gutters are aligned.

We called Mater Roofers and they were there the next day to inspect them and give us a quote. Our house has had a few additions so it has really weird gutters and a lot of downspouts. It is also surrounded my pine trees so getting gutter guards was an absolute must as well. They gave us a quote and it was very reasonable for the amount we would need replaced and the labor to do it. It did take them three weeks to get all the material and schedule the install. They showed up with 5 guys and had all the gutter taken off and replaced with full gutter guards in 5 hours. It was very impressive. They had someone come out a few days later to do the final inspection. We also waited until it rained to let them know if everything was working properly. Since we've had them replaced, we have not had any water in our basement. The only thing we didn't love is they were not very careful during the install. They completely trampled our flower beds. I would understand if a few were to get stepped on, but yearly every flower was smashed and killed. They also left a nail from the old gutters on our driveway. I'm sure this was just something they overlooked, but if we didn't see that it could have caused some real damage.
