They have Dazzle Dry polish!!!! This is so hard to find in NY but all over LA! I'm so happy to have found this place with DAZZLE DRY!!!

Single worst pedicure that I've had. My wife has taken me for a variety of different pedicures over the years in Manhattan and in the Hamptons and I've never thought of writing a review but today I received the single worst and shortest "regular pedicure" ever at this place. The manicurist was rude to begin with. She tried to upsell as soon as I sat down on the seat, even though I was not interested in their Leg/ ankle massages to add onto the regular pedicure. Once I said no to all of those extra services, they seemed frustrated and started on what I can only call the shortest pedicure ever. Hardly scrubbed my feet no buffing of the nails for which they said they charge extra five dollars, hardly cut any cuticles or anything else and basically put my feet in hot water two or three times, and I was done in no less than 10 minutes. Wow this place is a complete sham and should be avoided with a yard stick. Honest review read more

Maggie gavel me the worst manicure I've ever had. it took 15 minutes and when she cleaned my nails she dug the tool so deep into my skin it hurt for a week. if you go there make sure they don't give you Maggie. read more

That's the Worst Manicure in my Life ! Customer service Sucks on all the levels ! They don't know what is almond shape is , nor how to file your nails straight. I was filing my nails mostly by myself . Also they are cheap with a product . When I start to complain that I have a lot of gaps on my nails without powder , they just ignored it . They didn't polish my nails after powder or make it look nice around the base . They just put top coat and told me that I have to pay anyway, coz they are done ! I was going to this place for the past 4 summers ! This was a nightmare visit . Definitely are not coming back !!! Still paid 45 dollars . read more

I LOVE going here!!! Great service across the team and Luna and Jack remember me when I haven't been there for weeks!!! AMAZING!!!!

Incredibly overpriced for what they did. I also question the safety of the instruments that they use. Rude and greedy women. I don't think that they care that customers might contact the health department. Never again. read more

Really good results, little expensive but it's in the Hamptons so I think it's the price read more

Have been coming here for years because it is convenient but today was the last time. Scheduled a mani/pedi. When I sat down the manicurist asked what kind of pedicure I wanted (they have a full menu) and I said a regular pedicure. Her "pedicure" was done in 15 minutes- was basically a polish change. When I mentioned it, she just said "well you only wanted a regular". Had to do another coat myself when I got home because it was so bad. Won't overpay for services not rendered any more. There are plenty of other options in town. read more

This nail salon is fine if you're looking for a quick mani or pedi but not for the technical aspect of nails like acrylics, shellac, gel etc. read more

I received a hard gel manicure. The e file bits were kept in a dirty Altoids box covered in previous clients nail dust. The bits had been previously used on past clients and were never cleaned, disposed of, or sterilized. Even if they had been cleaned, they were placed back in the contaminated makeshift storage bin that I assume was eaten out of prior to its use as an efile bit storage. The nail files, clippers, buffers, and cuticle nippers were all taken from a desk drawer and were not cleaned or sterilized before being used on me. The manicurist would constantly burn my fingers from the efile and got gel all over my skin and under the nails. I left with serious skin irritation from it being efiled off my raw skin. I had asked for a new set and she continued to apply the hard gel over my lifting soft gel after asking many times to have it removed. Unpon leaving I noticed that the gel was already being lifted off my nails, but was too disgusted to ask for a repair. I left worried about fungus and infections. read more

Horrible experience! Had a 10am appointment waited outside bc they weren't ready until 10:10. Got in and they sat us down for pedicures then came up to us and said we didn't have an appointment which we did. The water and towels were ice cold. Didn't clean the dirt from nails just painted over. Told the owner about the cold water and he said "it's bc you came for first appointment" we said well you should still have hot water and he said "then you come later in the day if you want hot water and towels". Horrible experience all around! Will never go back! read more

Well done gel manicures and pedicures and consistent service across the team. Clean, attentive and professional.

Update #2: TWO YEARS after I got an infection from a pedicure and had to get my nail removed, their insurance company finally paid the cost of my medical expenses. TWO YEARS of me following up and being bounced around. Had I not been as persistent, I would not have gotten reimbursed. Update: I have since had my nail removed. After two rounds of antibiotics and a I&D failed to resolve the infection, I had to have the nail remo Long story short: I got an infection from my pedicure. I have been coming here on and off and service varies from technician to technician. I got a pedicure on Thursday evening and by Friday night I was in so much pain I couldn't even put shoes on. Doctor confirmed I have an infection and gave me antibiotics. Hoping my nail won't fall off as it started turning black. I have been getting mani-pedis regularly for years and have never gotten an infection before. Will definitely not be goin read more

Great service by Maria gel powder came out perfectly pedicure done meticulously will be back priced well

I'm semi-new to the area and after trying a few places out this is now my go-to. Their services are always quick, great, and the team is friendly. During my last visit, I asked to change from my long square shape to almond-- my tech was super honest and explained that since I was removing a gel manicure, my nails would be too weak. She ended up cutting them shorter and did a beautiful job. read more

Today I went to the salon with me and my friend ! I asked for the staff to do this design on me. They said they could do it and I got this. ( pictures will be shown) It costed $52 and they didn't turn out well , we asked for a refund and they told us it was our choice to get the nails not theirs ! Then they did my nails again and they didn't look great but were better then last time ! The staff was rolling their eyes at us; and speaking rudely about us, but we heard what they said. I don't suggest coming here. The staff is mean spirited and the nails are a major rip off !! read more

I went to have my nails done for Christmas, I made an appointment two weeks earlier. I didn't wait, but that's the end of good news. The guy who was doing my nails clearly didn't have enough experience, he had to use remover a couple of times..he didn't use gloves and at the end the effect wasn't like I expected. This was my first and last time, plus they told me that it will cost 35 or maybe 40 dollars and I payed 44, I mean the difference isn't so big but for this price I expected something way more better. read more

My go to place. Relaxing and friendly staff. I never have to wait unless it's the summer time which anywhere in the Hamptons there is a wait. Every manicure you get a little shoulder massage which is nice! read more

While the people were very pleasant I got nicked during a manicure and subsequently developed a serious infection. I ended up at Southampton urgent care and on two weeks of antibiotics to clear it. I would not recommend the salon. read more

Mean spirited and obnoxious staff that make you feel like they are doing YOU a favor. Manager told me to wait ten minutes and after 30minutes sat me in a chair and rolled a blind in my face with my feet up ( I waited another 20 minutes ...shame on me - I should have walked out) The lady that did my nails , stopped in the middle to lend out the color to another client . When I complained they told me in these words Exactly, "this is our nail polish so we can do whatever we want! read more

I am so sad that the nail place I go to twice a month has gone down in quality so bad that I will not be returning. I am not sure if their best technicians leave when it's off season or they just stopped caring. However I wouldn't waist my time and money going there again so sad. read more

I have been using Pure Nail all summer (2013), and have really enjoyed the results. They have wonderful customer service, and always give you a little back massage when you get a mani/pedi. I got eyelash extensions 6 weeks ago, and they are still looking great. My point of reference is Brooklyn neighborhood spots, so I'm not so much in need of pampering, but looking for a good deal. Pure Nail is a balance of pampering and affordability. I'd say the price accurately reflects the service. I haven't done waxing or massage (other than the basic chair massage). Recommended for people looking for a peaceful environment, seeking basic weekly maintenance. read more

I went to Pure Nails for eyelash extensions. The place was clean and everyone there was professional and friendly. I have been to Pure on several occasions, always with appointments. I don't know why I bothered making appointments, because they ALWAYS keep you waiting (often for 20+ minutes.) The pedicures are average and you should resist efforts to be "upsold" to a "premium" pedicure package - not worth it! There is the sense that the nail technicians are rushing through the services, which is not very relaxing. read more

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Do not go here. They rip you off horribly. Total Lack of integrity. Charged my 9 year old daughter 28 dollars for an average mani pedi. Fine ok. This I had no problem with. It was the additional 16 dollars for the polish that I take issue with. Is this magic polish? For a little girl? And they never told us it would be this extra until the bill came!! I pay a dollars work for a dollars pay and am always happy to, but this is excessive and wrong. Tread carefully here..... read more

This place was terrible. The person who touched up my eyelash extensions glued several lashes together. She also put full extensions on baby lashes, causing them to fall out. At night, i had trouble sleeping because her extensions kept poking my eyes when they were closed. I also got a wax where the woman pulled too hard causing inflammation and hyperpigmentation afterwards. These people are not qualified for these tasks. I feel like a fool for tipping them. read more

Run away! This place is a rip off! I stopped in for a manicure and pedicure. The nail tech suggested a $45.00 spa pedicure which included a 15 minute massage. This was the first time I had been to this salon, I was looking forward to this experience. First, their definition of 'spa' is rubbing your leg with a scrub for 30 seconds. She tried to convince me to add a $5.00 callous remover. When I told her I did not want it, she took out a old, dried out, used purple scrubber and ran to over my feet for another 3 seconds. Next step is the massage. The nail tech takes out the timer and puts it on 11 minutes rather than 15. I assumed she would add the 4 minutes after the timer went off. Well she didn't! As soon as her timer rang she stopped. Also, it was the worst massage I had ever had. My manicure was just as bad. The polish was all over my cuticles. My toe polish and nail polish chipped after one day. $58.00 for a mani and spa pedi and I was only at the salon for less than an hour. If you need your nails done, take a drive into Hampton Bays and go to Epic nails. read more
