This isn't one of those silly massage chains or high end spas trying to charge you an arm and a leg for a massage. This is a Reno local who will cater a massage to your specific needs. He's very professional and will talk you through the motions and help customize a massage that fits your needs. By the time he's done working his magic I'm either asleep or about ready to melt off the table from how good I feel. He's great with pressure as well, I like a more firm and intense massage but on my first massage he started off very gently and gradually worked towards what I was looking for. I highly recommend him.

A True Hidden Gem - Best Massage Experience of My Life!…read more Holistic Body and Mind Massage is, without a doubt, the treat of a lifetime. I've been getting therapeutic massages for over 27 years, averaging about two per month, so I don't say this lightly: this was the best massage experience I've ever had. I've been to high-end spas--like the Wynn in Las Vegas--where the service is incredible, but you'll walk away $500 lighter. At Holistic Body and Mind Massage, I found an experience that rivaled those top-tier destinations for a fraction of the cost. The quality was absolutely elite, but what set it apart was the deep personal care and attention the masseuse provided. The atmosphere alone deserves five stars: tranquil music, warm lighting, a beautifully detailed room complete with art, a bonsai tree, and a gentle waterfall--all perfectly curated to relax every sense. The heated blankets and incredibly comfortable massage bed just elevated the whole thing to another level. Now let's talk about the masseuse. I've had over 250 different massage therapists in my life, and she is the best--bar none. What makes her exceptional is how skillfully she tailors the pressure for each muscle group and body type. As a bigger guy who likes a firm massage, it's rare to find someone who can apply the right intensity without going overboard. She did it flawlessly. No unnecessary pain, just deep relaxation, circulation boost, and real therapeutic relief. Her intuitive communication style was another plus. She was responsive and engaged when I felt like chatting, but completely respected the silence when I wanted to zone out. It's a rare gift to know when to speak and when to just let the experience unfold. After three sessions in a row, I'm ready to make this a weekly ritual--budget permitting! Last time, I even fell asleep mid-massage (something that's never happened before) and woke up feeling more rested from a 15-minute nap than I have in years. That's how powerful the experience was. In short: go. Just go. The pricing is more than fair for California and Nevada standards, and the value you receive is unmatched. Holistic Body and Mind Massage is where quality, ambiance, and personal care come together in the most magical way. I can't recommend it enough.

My husband sees Linda every two weeks for chronic low back issues and she's helped him tremendously. Their new location is very central and easy for us to get to. Randy did a great job of keeping things professional and really listening when I asked him to focus on certain areas of my back. Randy was charismatic and I enjoyed our conversations. My personal experience was definitely 5 stars. I purchased my grandma the same GroupOn. Unfortunately for her, the experience wasn't so great. She called and called, left message after message, and finally Randy got back to her to set up an appointment. When my grandma got to his location, no one was there and he didn't answer the phone. My grandma left a message and went home. Randy never called back. The lack of communication/planning when taking care of clients really does speak volumes and it is unfortunate that such a great masseuse doesn't have the best communication skills. Her experience was 1 star at best since all of this dragged on for about three weeks. In short, great massage... if you can get an appointment.

He made notes of our conversation and explained the process to me. He stepped outside while I got undressed and got on the massage table. While I was getting ready for my massage, I looked around.
