I had been wanting to go for a while and she surprised me as a gift. They have a room with two stations so that we could go together which was great. The entire experience was great, I will be dreaming about that head massage and my scalp had never felt this clean and my hair is still super soft even a few days later! The space was nice and clean. My husband bought me a gift certificate for the "D" level package for Valentine's Day, and I was excited to use it today. When I arrived I was led to one of the rooms upstairs and asked to sit on the massage chair/bed thing .The scalp massage was incredibly soothing, and my hair felt so fresh and soft afterward. All of the treatments felt wonderful. The technician checked with me a few times to make sure I was comfortable/water was a good temp/etc. My only suggestion would be for slightly dimmer lighting. It was really bright in the treatment room - but you do get a soft eye mask to wear so it's not that big of a deal. Highly recommend! read more

An hour long head massage sounded pretty spectacular but this experience was above and beyond description. The many warming elements from the heated eye mask to the warm towels to the massage table just lifted this to a heavenly feeling. They were AMAZING. I had Amy and she was lovely. I never did a head spa before but I have gotten head massages during my regular full body massages and those don't even come close to how great this was! I have a hard time relaxing during massages but within mins Amy had me relaxed. She checked in occasionally to make sure the pressure of her hands or the water temperature was okay for me, which was appreciated, but I never needed her to change anything. Her scalp massage was firm enough to get blood flowing but nothing painful and she was so gentle with my hair. I didn't realize she would massage my neck and upper shoulder area as well, so that was such a nice surprise. I did the D OPTION, which is the highest tier, which I 100% recommend. The location is very clean and has warm lighting, so it was very relaxing and inviting. I had a private room for the head spa portion and it played soft music and had a massage bed. I almost fell asleep it was so relaxing. My hair is so soft and my head feels great. I was in such a great mood the rest of the night. Couldn't recommend it enough. Hair washing and massage is great. Place Ian very clean and staff are very polite. The bed would be better if it elevated the legs a bit (hard on lower back as it hangs your legs a little low). Not the place to go if you're looking for a styled blow dry though. I would go back just for the wash and scalp massage though. read more

AMAZING! Everyone that works here is so friendly and courteous. Been here twice with my daughters so far and both experiences were superb! My girls have insanely thick and long hair so aren't great at washing their scalps... this wash makes their hair and scalp beautiful for weeks! Wear loose fitting tops for the neck/shoulder massage parts. The blow dry at the end is just to dry your hair before leaving, not to style it for you at this great price. I suffer from discoid lupus and suffer frequently from tension headaches, and this place is exactly what the doctor ordered. The website is extremely easy to book an appointment. I was able to get in the very next day, I walked in and was greeted by the owner, he asked if I would like a hair follicle consultation, it is a zoomed in view of your scalp. I was then taken to my 90 minute scalp service, it was wonderful, tucked in the massage table turned on, and a warm eye mask with various tools used to massage my scalp. Then moved to the washing and various serums to exfoliate my scalp. Needless to say my neck and head have no tension. Once completed I was brought back to the scalp consultation and boy could you tell a difference. My scalp is so healthy and hair is so soft. read more

Wow! I've always loved getting my hair washed and scalp massaged at the hair salon but had no idea it could be like this! The spa is very welcoming, the staff is attentive and sweet and the service is amazing. First, they analyze your scalp with a magnifying camera. Then over an hour of washing, massage, scalp treatments & conditioning all while lying in a soothing massage bed. All this followed by a blow dry and one last treatment. The reason I am leaving a review is because this place irrevocably damaged my hair follicles, and I have been experiencing significant hair loss ever since. The entire service was just this woman digging her nails into my scalp, scratching out my hair follicles. Multiple times I told her to be more gentle and that it was hurting. Clearly there's a language barrier, as she did not stop. The manager had to come in and even then she didn't get the message. The owner did not charge for my service because my experience was so awful, but told me the woman wasn't using her nails and didn't even have long nails. If that's the case, I don't know what she was doing because I left and my scalp was red, inflamed, and in pain for days. Now it's several weeks later and my hair shedding has more than doubled and I have noticeable newly-developed bald spots. I'm truly shocked - this place has absolutely destroyed my scalp and ruined many new hair follicles, with no signs of my hair growing back. read more

A friend of mine discovered this place and raved about it. She got me a gift certificate and I ended up going with three other friends. We all had an absolutely fantastic experience and plan on going back! The staff is so very friendly and the place is pristine; so clean! They start by looking at your scalp with a micro scope that projects onto a TV and then they take you into the treatment room. Table is a massage table which I really liked though since I am short the part that should have focused on my lower back was on my butt. I would suggest wearing comfy clothes like leggings, just because you feel the massage table more and I also took my shoes off which was nice. The treatment is relaxing though I wish there was a little more massaging. I am amazed they did not get a drop of water on me. I honestly had no idea what they were doing most of the time but it felt great and when they brought me to dry my hair afterwards it felt and smelled so good! My hair feels fantastic and When I washed and styled it the next day it looked great! Highly recommend this experience! read more
