Saturday mornings are "Slow & Low"- skateboards only and no aggressive skating- instructors walk around and help all the kids. Otherwise, classes are a great way for little ones to get started. There are two areas- a smaller, more relaxed space with ramps sized for small kids and beginners and then a main room with features for every trick. The staff is very helpful and kind to the kids. There are comfy couches near the big halfpipe and the bowl for waiting parents, and benches with a good view of the main room. All around excellent experience-- we feel like the kids are super safe and always have a great time!

That accusation was completely false. I was not interacting with anyone's children in any way. A random woman complained, and instead of staff verifying what actually happened, they chose to repeat a serious and damaging accusation to my face. Labeling an adult as someone "chasing kids" is not a minor issue--it's dangerous, defamatory, and irresponsible. There was no attempt to observe, ask neutral questions, or handle the situation professionally. I was treated as guilty based solely on someone else's assumption. I will not be returning or spending money at a place that handles situations this poorly and puts customers at risk of false accusations.
