Without a doubt the best customer service experience you've ever had. They ALWAYS respond, with a person and they ALWAYS solve any (rare) issue. If you still use DoorDash or UberEats then I must assume that you are into masochism and enjoy the miserable, awful experience with them. 2.) Everything is good. Given my reign as "#1 CT'er of Castleton Location", I've had at least 20 different menu items. I've had each of them more than once. If this review gets enough love, I'll release my coveted "Power Rankings" of the menu items, but for the sake of this review, I'll tell you that you can't go wrong with any of their pizza options or anything with chicken. The common denominator here is THEIR UNBELIEVABLE, CONSISTENTLY POURED cups of ranch dressing. I've only had two better cups of ranch in my life, but those are more like exotic treats than a daily driver ranch. Anyway, order everything. 3.) Their drivers are WAY happier, WAY more helpful, and WAY more focused on delivering food with a smile on their face. They give the company a good boots on the ground presence and represent the company well. Since 2021, I have placed dozens of orders through Market Wagon's website. Unlike competing companies' food delivery services, Market Wagon does not automatically send pre-selected foods. Instead, I choose when I shop and what exact products that I buy each week. I also like that the website allows me to ask questions about products and to review my purchased items. On a predetermined day of the week, the company's drivers deliver my order in reusable totes to my front door. The deliveries have occurred on time, and the drivers have been friendly. Delivery does cost several dollars, and you can add an optional tip. During my next delivery, I leave out my totes and ice packs, and the drivers return them to the company for reuse. I deducted 1.5 stars from my review because I cannot do all of my grocery shopping here, and because the vendors often run out of particular products. Sometimes MarketWagon automatically gives me a refund, and other times I must contact them and ask. My most recent order was in August 2026. I had not ordered in months, so Market Wagon emailed me a coupon for $25 off a $75+ purchase to welcome me back. Unfortunately, they did not pack three vegetables for which I had paid. I contacted them, and hours later, they refunded the money to me, and they also emailed me a $5 coupon code for a future order. The problem is that nearly all of my deliveries have had missing items, so I might completely stop shopping here.

They also have lunch (salad and stuff) to grab on the go. Turns out the owner also owns a Paleo shop ... which explains some of the menu. Being from the West Coast, I love this but it might not be for everyone. Service was fast and friendly. Glad to see they donate a portion of their proceeds back into the community. Interior is a little institutional - lots of plastic and no cushions - but not enough to knock it down a star. This place is a little out of the way for most folks, but I'll be by from time to time, chatting with the friendly folks and grabbing something good. You should absolutely check it out.
