The clientele here are people who are looking for a good workout. The instructors aren't ex-ballerinas/actors (that I'm aware of) that are looking for their next chapter. Everyone is so real. As someone who lives in NYC and gets a healthy exposure of boutique fitness that is 25% for the workout and 75% for instagram, I fully appreciate that change in studio attitude. I have loved all the instructors at this B3 but I specifically love Rebecca's classes. They're challenging, different each time, and motivating. Motivation is why I keep coming back to Rebecca's classes because she has mastered how to provide suggestions/modifications without seeming condescending, something I have seen many fitness instructors outside of B3 fall culprit to. Alas, she is amazing and I hope to take many more of her classes in the future. I always think about the name of the song she uses for the series where you sumo squat and then slam your hands down to push back each leg individually and repeat. I always crave that song when I get in her classes!

And with any spot, each Zumba instructor is different. Wished the room was bigger, people were crammed together. I'm used to going in a bigger gym so you have more space but that's the size space they are working with. Maybe they can help place people or encourage people to move up and let the instructor utilize the stage more. Overall it's a fun place to check out if you love Zumba.

I've been coming here on and off for about two years. I started with a Groupon (unlimited classes…read morefor a month), and I buy their class passes every now and then if they're on sale. Otherwise, it's too expensive for me to continue regularly. Tommy is the best yoga instructor at this location. He demonstrates the poses in his Blaze class and does a great job helping you through your practice whether you're a beginning or intermediate yogi. He's polite as well - if something is wrong with your form, he'll ask you if it's alright to touch you where you need adjustments. I know some instructors just adjust you without asking and it makes people very uncomfortable. If I were to base my review on just his class, I'd give this location a 5 out of 5. He does a Flow class too, but I've never tried it. Sue Z. is great. She has a very sweet voice that definitely helps to relax you during your practice, but she doesn't demonstrate many of the poses so if you're new, you'll have to look at other yogis around you to know what's going on. Try her Blaze and Flow classes! Kelly's Flow class pretty good too. No one else has really stuck out to me, and I've gone to 3 or 4 other instructors' classes. The main reason why I'm only giving this location 3 stars is because the management is AWFUL. They almost NEVER answer the phone because no one seems to be around unless there's a class, and when there's a class, no one picks up because the yoga instructor is instructing and whoever should be at the front desk is participating in the yoga class. I know there are other gyms and yoga studios that are closed during certain hours, but management should at least change their phone system so that business-related calls can be redirected to the manager's phone or something so there isn't only a 5-minute window that someone could MAYBE answer. I bought two 10-class passes on Memorial Day 2015 - one as a gift for my boyfriend and one for myself. Because I bought them both, they were both under my account. I wanted them to transfer one pass to my boyfriend's account, so when I went to the studio, I asked if they could transfer it but the woman who assisted didn't have the authorization to transfer passes (only the manager could do that). I tried to come in when the manager was in, and she said she'd do it for me but never got around to it. It's February of 2016 and they're STILL not transferred, so my boyfriend has to call in every time he wants to book a spot in a class because he can't do it online through his account since there's no classes available under his name. And of course, if he calls, no one picks up. They either need to change their phone system to redirect calls to a manager's cell phone or have someone there even when there isn't a class going on. Once my passes are up, I'm going to see if Tommy instructs at another yoga studio and try to join that instead if it's a reasonable distance from me.

So knowledgeable, no judgement at all and super encouraging. I love that she took her time with each person to correct their form and really make sure that you weren't going to hurt yourself. I literally revolve my life around the classes at PB. I feel so incomplete without it! Each and every one in the instructors are amazing. When I met them for the first time, they really take the time out to learn your name and it makes you feel "seen" and comfortable. The whole atmosphere is so welcoming from when you walk into the studio and at the barre. They make sure that your form is correct so you don't injure yourself and even explain in class what moves focus on what muscle groups of your body! There are so many "Challenges" that you can sign up for and everyone cheers each other on! I love this PB family! Shout out to: Michelle, Tamara, Brannagh, Carly, Gioia.. just because it works out with my schedule, I've taken their classes the most! However, EVERY SINGLE ONE of the instructors are amazing!! Just beware before pre-purchasing any membership, that they have every limited spots and most days are "waitlist only". It's like this for at last a month out. I kept calling to inquire, and finally the studio manager got back to me, and I asked her if she can roll over the days I won't be able to get in since most of the days were waitlist. The only things she responded with were to gaslight me and say, "well look at it this way, even if you only take 2 classes in your pass, it already pays for itself since one class is $45". I was flabbergasted at her response, that I just laughed it off. No girl, I paid for unlimited classes 7 days, I expect to take at least 1 class for exactly 7 days, whether you have to roll-over the credits due to your over bookings. If you're having issues with not having enough carriages, or your clients overbook, then why advertise to new clients? It's a bait & switch marketing, and scummy. She did help me with delaying my membership start-date to my request. Also she kindly called me early morning the next day to alert me of a slot opening up. Which brings me to my next point, that she eased my concern of "waitlist" bookings, which can open up on the spot or half hour before, even mid-day classes. I'm not a retired person or just laying doing nothing where I can't attend an opening for their waitlist with little notice, or random times in the middle of the day. That comfort gave zero relief to me. I am still waiting to join my first class, and already another issue arises. My 7 day UNLIMITED pass isn't allowing me to book now without prompting me to pay $45. I tried calling, texting, emailing. Nothing. I'll update for any developments.

I could tell she has built a strong sense of community there. All of the regulars were also very welcoming and helped me with different exercises even though they didn't even work there. I ended up asking my friend if we could go back to do pilates there together a few more times before I had to return back to San Diego. I'm already looking forward to my next Morristown trip and going back to Pilates Body! I feel way stronger even after just 4 workouts. You can tell the owner and other instructors there take pride in their attention to detail to get you the most efficient results!
