I have been taking Pure Barre classes for close to 5 months now and am completely addicted! I've tried so many different forms of exercises and gyms and am thrilled that I have finally found something that I look forward to going to and really enjoy. The classes are always challenging but the instructors are always right there encouraging you and supporting you. Another thing I like is that the classes are smaller in size so you really do get one-on-one attention to ensure that your form is right so that you're getting the most out of your 55 minute workout. All of the clients cheer and support each other as new goals are met. It's more of a family environment. If you're looking for a great workout I would encourage you to try the month unlimited and take full advantage of that time. Even in a month you'll be amazed at the changes. Pure Barre Leesburg is a community of POWERFUL women, of all sizes and shapes, feeling the shake! As a 40 something bigger gal, that has been looking for a workout that pushes me, but doesn't kill the rest of my day - Pure Barre is the answer. New to barre, I was nervous but after my first class, I was hooked. Pure Barre Leesburg is so welcoming and supportive. It is an amazing studio and there are people of all ages, sizes and capabilities who attend classes. Lauren, the owner, has assembled a wonderful tribe of coaches who motivate, challenge, inspire and push you to be the best, strongest you every class. I love that the coaches all know my name. Their personal encouragement during class is such a big motivator! Every workout is different and challenges you to "shake" even with modifications. This is a workout I love and have stuck with consistently, no other workout/gym has done that for me. Kudos and accolades! After DECADES of not working out, these instructors are Kicking. My Tail!...in a GOOD way ;) Seriously, they push you HARD, and give a solid and comprehensive workout. But one of the premier facets is the constant individualized attention. They are perpetually encouraging and making slight modifications in my form. This would be utterly impossible to do on my own at home. Each minuscule tweak from their suggestions makes a remarkable difference in the overall workout. I found the Pure Barre studio in Leesburg about 5 weeks ago and decided to try the $99 for a month of unlimited classes. Within a few classes, I was hooked on the Pure Barre method and the fun, supportive atmosphere of Lauren's studio. Today was my 14th class! The movements and pace are challenging but doable, the instructors are helpful, the other women are friendly and supportive, the music played during class is awesome, and I feel stronger as soon as class is over. I definitely recommend giving the class a try. Their new customer deal of $99 for 4 weeks is honestly a steal. I paid that same amount in Norfolk, Va but it was for only two weeks. I love the girls, they are all very nice and remembered my name. I'm into my 2nd week and I'd have to say that Pure Barre is an addiction. What people don't realize is that everyone has their own limitations and their are alternatives if you can't complete certain workouts. Pure Barre Leesburg is fabulous! I wanted to try pure barre for several months and I finally made myself try it out, and I am so glad that I did! All the instructors are incredibly welcoming and friendly. They have all made a point of getting to know my name so they could personally welcome me when I attend classes, which I really appreciate and helps keep me motivated.
