Me and my wife are training with Burr Strength for quite some time now…read more This is the best work out place you will find anywhere around here. The classes are amazing! And it is unbelievable how they keep coming up with new and different exercises. It is impossible to get bored working out here. Just couple days ago, we had 3 friends visiting from out of state, and they wanted to join our Bootcamp work out. Very flexible and accommodating, Joey(the owner) allowed us to bring our friends to work out with us(for a very modest fee) Gina was our trainer that morning and she was amazing. Me, and my wife love what she does, but our friends loved her too. They were beyond impressed! They want to come visiting more often now, just so they go to the gym with us. They even consider leaving Maryland to move nearby just so they get a membership with Burr Strength! And I am not sugar coating it!! We don't have enough words to describe how happy and satisfied we are with our gym membership !

I can't get enough of it here…read more I tried it out for the first time yesterday. I've seen it before and was curious about what they had. I've been trying to put on weight and even though I do workout at home I won't build too much mass using only 5 pound weights. Actually when we were on our way there yesterday I almost chickened out because it was something new and I was scared to try it. I tried to convince my boyfriend we should just go back home. He convinced me to just try it. I had so much FUN. Wow. I loved seeing what I'm capable of and seeing what I could accomplish. Zach & Troy we're extremely helpful. I have back issues so they took the time to help me learn propper form and support me. They are motivating and just really put a pep in your step. I think one of the things that made me fall in love with this place is the community. I crave that. Especially after covid when we couldn't have human interaction. Everyone there is so friendly & motivates you. They want to help you succeed and grow. I would definitely recommend joining the team and see yourself get stronger but also mentally better.

The staff seems friendly,…read morebut I haven't really spoken with them much...however they always seem to be smiling and happy to help other gym-goers. Great membership rates...much less than other gyms in Purcellville, plus the equipment is newer and better. My only issue is that the free-weight section seems to be a bit lacking. The dumbbells only go up to 100 and there is only one squat rack and just (if I remember correctly) three benches (if I go at the right time, it's not an issue, however, as I am often the only one in the free-weight section). All in all, a really nice, clean gym with a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Good riddance. Who ever I got a hold of through Instagram was absolutely no help at all.

I have been going to Full Distance for a year now. I have the unlimited fitness classes membership,…read moreand it is sooo worth it! I have really loved the classes by Elena and Alina (and when I wake up early enough, Katelyn's class is fantastic). Full Distance was first introduced to me by my grandma. We both had a similar experience here: it's a welcoming community and consistently good exercise. While some people think the gym caters more toward an older demographic, I'm in my twenties and a former college athlete, and I feel challenged in every class. At the same time, the workouts were a perfect fit for my grandma, even though she was more than forty years older than me. It really is a place where anyone at any age or fitness level can benefit from the group classes. In the past year, I've gotten stronger, more flexible, and have noticed better balance. The mental health benefits are just as important; the community, the positive energy, and the emphasis on overall wellness really stand out from other gyms. Full Distance takes a holistic approach that makes a difference. I recommend Full Distance to anyone looking to find community or mental/physical improvements.
