I walk in and tell them that I want a complete interior,exterior and under the hood detailing. I have a 2026 Silverado ZR2 with 2000 miles on it. I used it to go snowmobiling in the mountains so it had road deicer and yellow pollen everywhere. The lady at the counter said "no problem we can do that. She never said anything else. She gave me a iPod with nothing on it but a place to sign to authorize the work. I was impressed with the guy working in the first stall which was on the other side of a glass wall. I told her that I was tired of taking my vehicles back to my old detailer two or more times to get what they missed the first time. I picked my truck up and she really emphasized the wheels, tires and wheel wells. I noticed that my factory side steps still had sporadic sand still on them. She said that due to the ruff surface that sometimes that won't completely come off. The truck looked good so I signed a blank iPad with signature spot showing only. After that I paid and got a receipt. It wasn't until I got home that I saw the terrible job under my hood. I opened my tailgate and nothing in the bed or 3piece tailgate had been touched. I called and left a message with my concerns. I was contacted before 8am the next by a gentleman. He said they don't do inside the box. WTF? Nothing was ever said about that! That made me go over my truck with a fine tooth comb. The only shampooing done on my carpet was the drivers floorboard around the factory clear plastic protector under the floor mat. Nowhere else. Ver evident because that was the only spot damp. Their website advertised supercar meetups once a month etc. That may be the case. It is GigHarbor. They seem to have the old guy behind the glass as a marketing tool. It worked on me. I didn't even notice the group of guy standing around 4 bays down. They are really who does the work or attempts to. The owner on his call did say to bring it back and he would see what he could do. I didn't because I didn't want to waste half a day screwing around so I didn't go back. He said he would do better the next time I have them detail it. Do they drug test the owners?. I pressure washed my side steps,under my hood and in the box myself. Over $500 for crap work. I think that's to cover that Gig Harbor overhead not the quality of their work. So I came in for a interior detailing for my 2010 Cadillac CTS , baby on her last legs, but…read moreeverything electrical and engine wise worked great, my heater and ac worked , my radio had no problems , I came to pick up my car and they had already left for a mobile cleaning so I paid my invoice got my keys from the lock box and opened my car to a BEAUTIFULLY SPOTLESS car I ain't ever seen it look this good. I was SOOOO HAPPY AND excited to finally do something like this for myself and have a nice clean car, until I tried to use my Defrosters and heater and nothing is working, radio buttons make the heater turn on and off now, none of my radio or heater buttons do anything they are suppose to. I immediately try to troubleshoot and when I realize it's no good I message back Alex and let them know immediately, asking if this is normal. No reply yet , but I hope they will understand paying 450 for my car to be cleaned and it come out damaged even if it is older is not what a 5 star detailing services would do. Hopefully they will issue a partial refund so I can now go pay to fix my electronics . I will recording my cars now in the condition before and after any car service to a sound this in the future . Great detailing but there were multiple soaking wet surfaces where they just soaked it in cleaner with little care about how it seeps into the electric components. Today, I went to Jim's Detail Shop to get a machine polish for my car…read more I was told that the polish would remove the water spots on both the paint and the glass. The service cost me $200. However, after the polishing was done, I noticed that the water spots were still clearly visible. I'm not sure if they even properly polished the car, as the entire process took only about an hour for the whole vehicle. I'm very disappointed, and I feel like I did not get the service I paid for.

My total bill was about 1000 over what was quoted due to "extra" work that "had" to be done. I work in a service department at a dealership and that is completely wrong. EVERY dollar over your quote to your customer needs to be aproved by the owner. after only a year i needed a copy of my work order for an insurance claim. according to erik it would take "days to find it and he doesnt have the means or manpower to do so". Its not very hard to keep a folder for each vehicle you work on and organize those folders per month/year/etc. Not a class act what so ever. GO ELSEWHERE Im sure he will have this review removed just like the other reviews to hide the fact his business blows.

I've found several random reviews saying Eric, who also…read moresells engines etc on Craigslist, is rude and sells bad products he doesn't back up with his "warranty" It took a lot of digging to find them because as you could see, his reviews were all "filtered" meaning they've been removed by a company they pay. I wish I would have known that before we had them replace the engine in our 05 wrx. When we picked it up, we had to pay almost $8000 in fees, 2500 more than the estimate. Not to mention there were new dents on the car, the newly painted front was scratched and dinged, and our new $3000 wheels were destroyed. (All of which he denied happened while he had the car)On top of that there were big piles of bird crap eating away at the paint. Rat droppings IN the car, and we later had to have the engine cables rerouted. Which included needing several bolts, etc that they didn't replace. After all of that, the car still makes a horrible harmonic sound. When we demanded money to repair the damages and compensation for him having our car for 2 weeks longer than he quoted, he told us he could "smell our type" we should have called the police, but unfortunately we live 300 miles away and had no other choice but to go back home for work. I've never been so disrespected. Eric was horrible!!!!!

I reached out to attention to detail and they were able to come the next week- on New Year's Day! Well, I paid extra to have the smell removed, I'm very glad I did. The smell is gone, and my husband's car looks great. There was a moment when I thought that they had not completed the task well enough. I reached back out to them and they gave me the reminder to change the cabin filter (we had not done that yet), but he also said that if the smell returned, he would be back out there to redo the whole process without charge (except for the travel fee, which was fair as we are a solid 40 minutes away). I was so relieved that the smell was gone. Thanks for being so quick to respond, getting me on the schedule so quickly, doing a fantastic job, and being willing to come out again to redo the process without the detailing fee. I recommend Attention to Detail for your cars needs. I remember, if they miss something, just reach back out to them and they'll be willing to fix it.
