The owner Sevy and his wife are great people. When I came in to make our appointment he gave me a tour of the salon while his wife played with my dog. What's awesome about this place is that it is completely crate free! It's almost like a hair salon. Your dog gets assigned to his groomer and stays with them until you're back picking them up, no crate time for anything! My dogs haircut came out great. His groomer Wally talked to me about what I liked and didn't like and went over what he was planning to do. He also assured me that if I wasn't happy he would fix anything upon my return to get Brillo. But he looks ADORABLE!!! He did a great job! They were done in about an hour and a half and the prices are reasonable. If you're looking for a groomer who will treat your furry family member extremely well and do a great job look no further!!! We've found our place!

The woman who runs this business, Kathy is a liar. She's been grooming my dogs now for about a year…read moreand a half. The other day I took all three of my Cavaliers to her and she refused to groom my senior Cavalier. Of course she only spoke to my husband because she knows that she would get a crap load of questions from me. The last two times I took my dogs there and got them have my notice that the insides of their ears had not been trimmed and the ears were not cleaned then I noticed that they were not bathed. If you smell the bottom of your dog's paws and they smell like Fritos, that means your dogs paws did not get any clean water on them. So the last two times that I took my dogs there my husband said you DO shampoo the dogs correct and she said yes and again we got them back and they were not shampood. I would absolutely not recommend this groomer to anybody and right now I'm so angry that I'm thinking about calling the Better Business Bureau. I also noticed that her Facebook account is not active. Maybe that was because I left a horrible review. I am not even kidding when I tell you do not take your dog there.

Eric and Sam were so patient with me and took their time teaching me everything I needed to know so that my dog would continue to be successful. Most importantly, my dogs love it there! I will forever recommend Katz. Even to my friends that live in Philadelphia!
