We needed our dog Charlie to get his nails cut and they were extremely friendly and dis a great job considering how scared Charlie was. We have since continued to take Charlie to their new location in Warrington. The service has remained 5 star quality and the new shopping center called Shops at Valley Square in Warrington is fun to walk around and do some shopping while they take care of Charlie! read more

My older dog was groomed for the first time there by a girls who named began with a K , she had long dark hair. I was not informed my dog was injured there. She was ok when I picked her up but that night she seemed very uncomfortable. By the next day she could not use her back legs. I rushed her to the vet. The first question, the vet asked me is if she'd been to a groomer, because that is a very common injury they see in the neck and the spinal cord from grooming, and then either trying to jump off or fall off the table when they're neglected needless to say, I read, I incurred bills. Took my dog here multiple times and they did great for a while, I don't know what happened. They did not follow what my family and I said to do with cutting my dogs fur short like we had asked. The last time we took her to get groomed it looks like they washed and brushed her fur and that's it, and then proceeded to charge us $140 for that. I could've done that myself. We called to tell them they needed to cut her fur shorter and it didn't look like the times they've groomed her before and now they KICKED US OUT and won't let us come back. They also told us we NEED to bring her in every couple months or they wouldn't groom her anymore because "she's a lot of work." But I'm sorry, I don't have $200 to spend on a grooming appointment every 2 months. This place can't take criticism and knows nothing about customer service. read more

That same groomer also told me that my dog's collar was too tight because the collar couldn't come off of the head easily and I'm thinking, "Then that defeats the whole purpose of a collar...". The first time we used All Star Grooming was on 11/14/2022. Justine did a fabulous job with our dog Rosie who has severe anxiety around other dogs. Rosie actually went over to Justine before leaving and gave her kisses. At that time we made another appointment for 12/19/22 so she would pretty for Christmas since we were hosting. We were so excited that we had found our new place. Until Kira called on 12/7/22 and left a voice mail to let us know that Justine was no longer employed by them and to call back so they could get Rosie rebooked. We did that and she said the earliest they could do was today 12/23 at 4:30. This morning I get a voicemail at 8:16 from Brandon saying they were closing at 2 today due to weather and call back to reschedule, which I assumed would be tomorrow however he said they were closed. Really? I asked him why he couldn't cancel another clients appt for today since I booked this appointment back in October. He became belligerent and wasn't listening and said he absolutely would not! I am in shock that he chose to handle the situation in this matter. I can only imagine how he treats animals. Brandon did not give too shits about me or ruining my holidays. Perfect example of what a groomer should be Took my Yorki Poo Apollo in for a wash, cut and nail trim and I was not disappointed. Arrived 10 minutes before scheduled appointment and Brandon checked us in right away. He explained the cut choices and even got down on the floor with Apollo to meet him and assess his hair. I loved that he showed his gentleness and concern to style him to my liking. When I left I knew I Apollo would be well taken care of. I called back to get a update and Brandon explained everything done so far and gave me a pick up time. When my handsome guy walked out I was not disappointed. His coat was just the length I wanted and felt so soft and smelled great. His paws and nails were trimmed down perfectly and his beard was cut just how I wanted.
