I told the owner I would consider the quarterly treatment after seeing how well it worked. We scheduled a June 11 follow up to kill the newly hatched, or so I thought. It did NOT work. I have baby roaches all over my kitchen. There are still some big ones, too. I called the company and was told that is why I should have bought the quarterly treatment, and I was offered a discount of $65. per quarterly. That's all. Even with quarterly treatment, I would be waiting from May 28 until September 28 until the next treatment. Do the math! This is an excellent example of deceptive, fraudulent and unethical business practices. Buyer Beware!!!!!

I was told the treatment would "take time" and after a month...the wood eating ants were still there in the thousands. I communicated with Mr. Shumaker and he assured me after the 2nd treatment of $85 the ants would be gone. They were not. The bugs on the front of the house were gone, not the thousands of ants eating the wood at the back of the house. After sending him his private requested review..he called me as to why I was not happy. I stated.."you did not terminate the ants and since we have removed the rotted wood...I am cancelling the contract". He said he wished I would have not paid my last bill of $85 on my credit card and would "make it right". He did not. I saw him today as he treats our condos where I live and mentioned the home he treated. He right in front of his worker said.."yes she thought she had a termite issue but did not". That was a lie. After the worker left, I called him out on it as I did not want to make an issue in front of his worker. He basically talked in circles and stated.."well you resolved the problem by removing the wood". $235 down the drain. I own multiple rental properties...he will not get any more of my money. Negative reviews lose you more than that Mr. Shumaker.

We've already signed up with them for quarterly service as we have other bugs on occasion. They told us how to quickly prep, how long to wait, when to do the floors before the kids came home and promised to come right back if the problem wasn't solved.
