I love Daves Pest Control their technicians are top notch. Ever since I hired them I really don't…read morehave a bug problem anymore. For years I was using Drakes and they never fixed my problem. They never put traps in or nothing. Daves puts Traps in. One thing I am not happy about with daves is their scheduling policy. They don't set up a date for your next visit until they get back into the office and a few days before they are due to come they give you a suprise text. If you don't request morning time or afternoon time you are put on an all day wait and when you call to find out what time they are coming the person who answers the phone ( who speaks English with a accent ) doesn't know and says they will call you back and sometimes they don't. If it wasn't for the Techs I'd be somewhere else now. The techs however do a great job. I hope they fix this gargage with the scheduling.

This local company provided prompt, honest, kind, and extremely knowledgeable and competent service. Our job was extensive as the home is quite large and needed multiple entry points sealed. He came out the same day as I called, did a thorough inspection, explained what the procedure would be, and when he'd be back. The repairs look great, were accomplished quickly and without disturbance to our household. He was respectful, good with the golden retrievers attempting to help him, and we'll definitely use this service again if needed. I highly recommend.

In June (2019) we used Todd at Universal Pest Control to handle a major job at my girlfriends home…read morein Daytona beachside, after the property had experienced an on-going termite problem for many months. (Spot treatments by another pest control company had not worked and they kept coming back, and the other company had advised us that they could not tent the house due to technical problems.) Todd took the trouble to fully research the challenges, and figured out a way for the entire house and separate garage apartment to be tented and fumigated. He did an excellent job of arranging for the tenting and personally oversaw the entire job from start to finish (3 days), including personally inspecting the home to ensure that it was OK for us to move back in. He then came back a week later to check in on us, and to check the health of the plants that we had gone to a lot of trouble to save, as some of them had to be tented (they survived thanks to his advice on how to protect them). And all this at a very reasonable price versus other quotes we obtained. Needless to say we were highly impressed with his work, have no more termites, and cannot recommend him enough.

I told the owner I would consider the quarterly treatment after seeing how well it worked. We scheduled a June 11 follow up to kill the newly hatched, or so I thought. It did NOT work. I have baby roaches all over my kitchen. There are still some big ones, too. I called the company and was told that is why I should have bought the quarterly treatment, and I was offered a discount of $65. per quarterly. That's all. Even with quarterly treatment, I would be waiting from May 28 until September 28 until the next treatment. Do the math! This is an excellent example of deceptive, fraudulent and unethical business practices. Buyer Beware!!!!!
