His office was the only office to discover my mother's Thyroid cancer by doing those tests you say are unnecessary. NO ONE else found my mother cancers and he caught it early my mother was treated with iodine pill and survived. As for me Dr Kaplowitz found things with me that a lot of other Dr didn't find and due to him finally finding what was wrong I got the proper treatmwnt. I have been misdiagnosed for so many years until I got to him. He discovered I have chrons when I was been treating for Fibromyalgia which I don't have. My heart conditim he found were I was being told it was anxiety. Those unnecessary tests those other patients wrote about let's see when cancer pops up and when other Doctors will find it. It will be too late. I put my life in the hands of Dr Kaplowitz anytime.

The office manager told me she'd let me die before she'd allow me to see the doctor if I didn't have an insurance card & photo id on hand. What type of medical professional tells that to a patient coughing up blood? The only bright spot was the polite & sympathetic receptionist who told me I should go to the emergency room. I was shocked and disgusted by this office supervisors behavior. You can tell she hates her job & life.

The place is still not up to date equipment wise. I've always looked beyond that because it's an intimate place. Black ownership. Etc. On top of consistently ignoring my claims and issues, the 4 hour visit, not being heard. Now it's taking an entire week to get results that are in BECAUSE Dr.gordan cant get to the phone. I'd love to read my results but sadly the website is botched and I cannot check, hence the countless phone calls I've made to get my results. I'm so over this. This will be my last visit after being with them for over a decade. I can't take it anymore.

During my intake with the physician's assistant, a staff member came in and started stocking items into the cabinets for like two minutes straight. 2. The physician's assistant asked ME how to spell cervix - remember we are at a GYNECOLOGIST's office. 3. The physician's assistant asked ME to read to her the weight on the manual scale for her to record it. 4. I had to wait for 1 hour in sitting room then an hour in patient office. I waited so long in the patient office that I fell asleep 5. Bathroom is extremely cramped, so it's awkward to get your urine test. 6. You have to write your own name on your urine sample. Never in all my years have I ever had to do this. I think it's so unsanitary because they make you write it after you've left the bathroom. Everyone is using the same markers with who knows what bacteria all over their hands from the possibly-pissy urine cup. 7. As I'm giving Dr. Gordon feedback, she keeps trying to cut me off and forward me to the office manager. I wasn't having it and told her she should care because it is her name attached to all of this. They get two stars because after I finally got through to Dr. Gordon, she attempted to resolve some of the issues - namely the issue regarding her assistant who happened to be an intern. I will not be returning here.

It's more modern and brighter than their previous location which was in a high rise building in a different neighborhood. I typically see Dr Hobbs, but have also seen Physician Assistant Haley. And in the past I have seen Dr Godwin-Gorga. Depending on who you're seeing, their schedule can be booked up a bit. Everyone, including the front desk staff, has always been super helpful so I am happy to continue being a patient.

While still a great place overall for care, service has declined since the office expanded. I've…read morehad a couple prescriptions get refilled late because the front desk doesn't respond to emails promptly (meaning within 48 hours), and they have to remind the doctor to reply to emails as well. At their old location, they were prompt and followed-through; now I have to be proactive in reaching out for most things (even as simple as getting lab results released).

Waiting rm is dirty and would nit stand up to any health dept inspections with out some "pinka pinka" exchanges ;-) The staff is friendly and seemingly efficient for what I needed then to do bit I would dread having this specialist as anything moe than a prep op clearance.

I had to visit with my 10 month old son who has been having ear problems…read more The wait was a while (approximately 50-60 minutes) and I had to wait with my 3 year old too. Both were really bored which was wierd as there were no children books or even toys for them to play with. And he is apparently one of the best pediatric ENT Drs. He did have a lot of patients there hence the wait but he didn't take a long time with each one which was great. WHen you see the patients moving it makes the wait time shorter. Once we got in he was very clear and fast. He was gentle with the baby and told us exactly what the issue is and what we can do to try and heal it. He seems very slow to surgery and procedures which I loved and he gave us several tips to try make my baby feel better. Many people told me he does not speak clearly but he speaks perfectly albeit with an accent. I would definitely recommend him. Cons of note: - Longish wait - No toys or children books in waiting room - Outdated equipment and decor (old tools etc).

Dr. Pellegrini is one of the few doctors who will sit with you and discuss why he is ordering particular tests, explain what the results are, and then discusses with you courses of treatment, providing you with information to help you make your own informed decision regarding your treatment. At first I thought that Dr. Pellegrini was one of those physicians who orders a million tests and referrals just to assist his "friend" physicians, but he is really trying to do everything possible to find out what is wrong with his patients and refer them to the appropriate specialist. His staff is friendly and they have gotten better as time has gone on, the patient flow in the office is much better.
