They force…read morea 4-hour round-trip commute for mandatory in-person visits, even though the providers are actually on a computer screen from Texas. If the doctor is virtual, the patient should be too. I've moved to a telehealth provider that respects my time and accessibility. Be warned that they are also negligent with paperwork and slow to send medical records to new providers. They can't even be bothered to update their address and their business hours on Yelp, leading to even more confusion for patients already struggling with the commute. The administrative negligence here is extreme. They don't even have a voicemail system--the phone just rings into the void. If their staff is out or in an emergency, patients have zero way to leave a message or cancel. It is professional negligence at its worst. In an era where every professional practice uses automated texts for accessibility, this clinic still relies on a manual, "voiceless" system that leads to constant administrative errors. It is a dinosaur in a digital world. When I tried to move my care, the office became hostile and unprofessional, proving exactly why the "Captains" left this sinking ship. They mandate in-person visits but don't provide in-person doctors. It's just a 4-hour commute for a video screen. I requested telehealth accommodations for my mobility issues and was refused, yet they forced me to look at a monitor in their office. This Texas Screen Hypocrisy is the ultimate proof that they prioritize facility fees over patient accessibility. "The only reason I stayed as long as I did was because of the elite care from Dr. Jacob Gohari. He is a true 'Captain' who actually respects his patients and their mobility. I am officially following the talent out the door and moving to a 'New School' era that respects my sanctuary and my time."

I recommended her to a colleague as well and she also continues to see Dr. Norov. As far as the practice goes......the entire staff seems to be Russian speaking. If and when I have a 5pm appointment, I find the staff at the front desk are rude and dismissive and don't want to be bothered checking patients in. When I come in at 7:30am/8am for lab draws, it's the complete opposite. They are all friendly, smiling, and welcoming. The waiting room is clean and there's plenty of seating arrangements available. The only time I have had to wait long for an appointment is when I had a 2pm appointment. It seems they get backed up quickly in the middle of the day. Overall, I keep coming back because of Dr. Norov.

I'm a patient of NYU Langone Brooklyn Medical Associates--Bensonhurst…read more at 2310 65th Street. Usually, I schedule my next appointment with a doctor online. 2 weeks before the appointment, I come to the office for blood and urine tests. At the appointment, my doctor and I discuss tests results. Last time my doctor and I got in trouble. The person at the front desk blamed my doctor for issuing the order for a test the same day without scheduling it. Any doctor has thousands of things to do and an order for a test is definitely not of high priority. To take blood for a test lasts less than 10 minutes, there's not a line of patients waiting for the procedure. What is the reason to schedule tests and make simple things much more complicated? It's beyond my understanding, why cannot a test be done the same day I came for a test? I'm 81 years old, and in addition to my age problems I have to load my old head with these bureaucratic rules? Is the purpose of those rules to make my and my doctor's lives hard? Triumph of bureaucracy!
