I have had such a wonderful experience w Pupwalks so far!!! Have been using their dog walking services for the last few months and my dog Murphy just absolutely adores everyone who walks him! The app setup Time To Pet is phenomenal: they're able to send a check in and check out time for the walk, the route they took, photos of your doggie, if they pooped and/or peed, if they drank some water afterward, etc. It has truly made my life so much easier with returning to work and they're always so dependable. I can't believe it took me so long to write this review, because we couldn't be happier with Pupwalks! After adopting an energetic German Shepherd, living in a small condo, we needed help....seriously! We took Cruiser to two different dog daycares, one wasn't so great, and the second was great but just too much stimulation for Cruiser on a regular basis. So we were then referred to Pupwalks from Susi at Dog Soul (BTW, she is our 3rd and last dog trainer - she's awesome too!) I wish we had found Pupwalks sooner, but we are so happy we were introduced to Robin and her team! Their system is awesome - they check in and check out, so you know when and how long your dog was walked. They also provide pictures, updates, and GPS maps. It's so nice to check in and see Cruiser on his walk and to read the update on how he did. They also do some training, and work with your dog and any issues you want addressed. Cruiser is a very excited, hyper dog, so Jesse (his dedicated walker) works with him on that and lets us know his progress and what he is doing, so we can also work with Cruiser the same way. Jesse, Cruiser's walker is fantastic with him, and Cruiser LOVES him! I appreciate that Robin really put time and thought into who to match up with Cruiser, because I don't think there could be anyone better to work with him! Jesse always ensures to follow our routine with Cruiser, making sure he gets his treat after walking and refilling his water bowl. Depending on time, Jesse will even spend some time with Cruiser back at the house to help calm him down and give him some play time before he leaves. Jesse even let us know when we were having trouble with our door not locking! They really pay attention and no detail is too small or goes unnoticed! Robin is also so patient and understanding, and really loves animals. The initial interview with her was all I needed to know we found a gem! The other super cool thing is they give a good portion of their profits to local charities! AMAZING! I couldn't recommend Pupwalks more :) read more

Robin and our walker Monique have been absolute lifesavers. When I started my new job, I knew we would need a dog walker because I am gone at least 12 hours a day. I was so resistant to getting a dog walker because our fur child Stella is extremely territorial and I never thought she would be able to tolerate someone she didn't know coming into our house. Monique was so patient with her and now Stella looks forward to her walks and loves Monique. Stella has also had recurrent bladder infections, and Monique will do additional walks last minute and keep an eye on her. She always sends me updates. Robin provided phenomenal service and expertise to my family. She was asked to walk 2 high energy dogs and let out a senior dog. She was attentive, responsible, and never forgot the little things (even filling up the water bowl with fresh water as she left). My family felt comfortable trusting her with our dogs and home. Robin is great to work with and we were assigned to a dog walker who focuses on our area and is doing a great job with our dog. They have options for different length walks and the prices are very reasonable. Pupwalks uses a mobile app where you can schedule walks, review past walks and make payments. You are notified when the dog walker starts and finishes walking the dog and they need to scan a code which is kept in your home (a refrigerator magnet) so you know exactly what is going on. They also send photos of the walks and you can review a map of where they have gone on the app. Once I figured out how to use all the aspects of the app I really started to like it.
