What I appreciate about this particular place is how much curtido they give you. Sometimes I find myself running out before the meal is over but not with this place. Everyone is very friendly and the place is clean. The location isn't great. I did pass it at first but it was worth turning around for!

Very homemade Salvadorian meals: we had the "desayunó típico" aka traditional breakfast, "maracuya" passion fruit juice, and the pupusas. There is no doubt we will be coming back for more and next time I'll be trying some of their other fruit jucies along with the sweet empanada they offer (I was to stuffed to try it today). If you're in the mood for some tasty Salvadorian homemade style meals here it is!

Me and my wife came in and ordered the fish dinner it was excellent very friendly staff and very clean environment as well

I'm so glad we did! Upon entering, it's a cozy, casual spot with plenty of tables where you seat yourself. The ambiance leans more cafeteria-style than low-lit date night, but the service makes you feel right at home. The staff were super friendly and quick to take care of us from the start. As soon as we sat down, they brought out warm tortilla chips and bottled salsa. The salsa tasted completely homemade--both were fantastic. All four of us ordered the fajita dinner. I got the chicken, steak, and shrimp combo, and it was incredible. The meat was so well-seasoned and flavorful that when I wrapped it in the tortilla, it didn't even need extra toppings; just a dab of sour cream was plenty. My only recommendation is to ask for a seperate plate to put the fajita stuff, because they give oit to you on a sizzling plate and if you eat slow, it will overcook and dryout the meat. Pro Tip: Ask for a separate plate to transfer your meat and veggies onto. They serve everything on a piping-hot sizzling platter, so if you're a slower eater, moving it off the iron keeps the meat tender and prevents it from overcooking or drying out. I only wish we didn't live three hours away, or I'd easily be eating here every single week. Highly recommend stopping by!

We vacillate between ordering pupusas with meat and pupusas queso only. They're all excellent, but I personally lean towards without me because they're easier for me to eat. This pupuseria doesn't skimp on the fillings. We are lucky to have such culturally diverse offerings here in Stafford and enjoy takeout from Donna Azucena often. If the service staff speaks a mix of English and Spanish, but mostly Spanish, which may be a problem for people who only speak English when they are ordering, especially if you have any allergies. The ambience of the dining room is fast casual, Think Subway or a McDonald restaurants of yore. Unless we're really hungry we prefer to eat our pupusa's at home after they've cooled just a smidge. The price point is great. The quality is amazing and the taste
