Trusting your pet to a another person is serious trusting…read moresomeone to come into your home is serious I have 2 Dachshunds and everyone thinks these weenie dogs are easy peasy far from the truth they can be stubborn and not always friendly to a stranger after looking around for a pet sitter that could come to my home I decided on Soul Sitter right from the get go I could tell this was a pro operation before we enlisted service the soul sitter came by to meet the pups and go over everything and I mean everything including their chip numbers (for those that have dogs they know what this is) if not get your dog chipped in case he gets lost Easy to contact via email and text we were very pleased with our daily reports and written reports that were left for us when we returned we clearly have found the care giver for our dogs not to mention we came home to happy dogs

Horrible experience…read more For some reason my wife still wanted to use her after last year she cancelled on us due to not having a car and not being sure if her dad could give her a ride to our home in Ronkonkoma. I prefers a streaming conversation on the phone when doing a transaction for the first time with someone. She refused to communicate on the phone while trying to plan trip. Would send generic emails directing me to website as though I was unemployed and had nothing better to do then browse all the pages of her website for information. Then we needed to cancel with 24 hours notice. Although she charged me for each visit separately during the whole week she kept 50 percent for all 20+ visits. Also used generic language referring to "our policy" and "we" to sound powerless to help us regarding her own policies when this is a local small business ran by one person, refusing to speak on the phone and referring me back to her website as she did prior to the cancellation.

After Theresa so generously gave me near half an hour of her time imparting information on the subject, I soon found it all to be "top in the field". I have since found two acquaintances of mine that know her & Family over a decade, and they "sing her praises"!!! Susan, Wading River

Our pup has serious health conditions that require careful monitoring and management, and Theresa is knowledgeable, vigilant, and quick to contact us if there is an issue or concern. She truly cares for the animals she works with, and our girl (who is picky!) absolutely adores her. Theresa is 100% reliable, and is great about being flexible with unexpected schedule changes. Our girl really is the love of our lives, and I can honestly say that Theresa is a blessing - we couldn't go to work without her! :-) We're so thankful for everything she does for us, and again, we can't recommend her highly enough.

Milo came from a puppy mill and then a shelter, so he has a few issues. Ed and Donna care for him so well and love him despite the fact that he's not the easiest dog. I trust Ed and Donna implicitly and Milo LOVES going to their house. Ed will even mow the lawn simply so the dogs can revel in the smell of freshly mown grass and Donna spoils my boy with freshly cooked chicken. They take such good care of him that he sometimes doesn't even want to come home. If you're looking for personalized care in a home environment, The Captain and Donna are your people. I am beyond grateful to have found All Pets Welcome! I have an older, sensitive dog and we have had real trouble with boarding her or even having friends dog-sit. She always returned to us with long-lasting diarrhea and sometimes vomiting as well. I mean, even from the upscale, "boutique" dog boarding places. We were never sure if it was stress or a temporary change in diet, though we have always been diligent about sending food/not changing her diet. We were at a point where we figured we needed to bring the dog with us on trips but recently we had a trip that we just couldn't. Sam took immaculate care of our dog. We received her back happy, healthy, and not a trace of the illness she has come home to us in the past. For anyone who has had similar experiences, you know how valuable this is! I haven't even touched upon the regular communication, pictures, videos that make every pet mom or dad so happy to see. Sam has customers for life in us!
