They surrounded Bolt and made him super nervous. He kicked the muzzle off as he was scared of you. When my husband tried to reason with her that she wasn't making things better and exasperating things she then chastised my husband and said "Well if something happens I'm sure YOU wouldn't pay our medical bills". That was completely uncalled for. You chose this profession and if you can't handle bigger animals you should quit while you are ahead. You have no bedside manner, and shouldn't be in a profession where you cannot act tactful and calm when a dog gets scared. They lacked sympathy and did not try to rectify the issue. This groomer should be fired as they showed no regard for the requested groom or my dogs well-being.
