So we went here and they took him for us and let him relax in one of their open bays for the reptiles and calmed him down for us while we went and finished what we were out doing and we came back and got him. Asia was who took him in and helped us mainly. But the other girl at the front was also very helpful! Will recommend to anyone. These ladies were knowledgeable and helpful and very nice. Good at their jobs.

Anthony helped us and he was sooo knowledgeable. He found our water perfect, and asked which fish we had. We then found out they weren't really compatible, and so that's why they most likely died. The guy at another store told us they all worked together. We purchased five more, and we were told there's a week warranty, no questions asked. We were greeted by another worker, and the gal that cashed us out was very sweet. We should have gone here the first time!

We have gotten four dogs from this pet store over time, and we truly love every one of them…read more However, after having DNA testing done, we have some concerns about how the breeds are being represented. One of our dogs is a full-blooded Bichon. The other two are primarily Bichon but have other breeds mixed in. Our newest puppy was specifically sold to us as a Maltipoo, and I chose her because I was looking for a smaller dog to be my companion in the car. Her DNA results came back as 69% Bichon, 19% Maltese, 8% Shih Tzu and 4% Havanese--with 0% Poodle. So, unfortunately, she isn't a Maltipoo. The DNA testing also showed that she is 25% genetically related to another dog we purchased from this same store in February, which raised additional questions for us about the breeding and lineage. On top of that, two of the four dogs we've purchased from the store have hernias. We absolutely adore our dogs and wouldn't trade them for anything. This isn't about the dogs themselves--they are amazing. It's about wanting customers to receive accurate information about the breeds, lineage, and health history of the puppies they're purchasing. We've had positive experiences with the store overall, which is why I'm giving 3 stars rather than a lower rating. But after four dogs and seeing these recurring issues, I do feel this is something the store should take seriously.

A 6 year old decided she wanted to try and take care of a captive tree frog this past summer, so we…read morepurchased a start-up aquarium for her. We went to Pet World and picked up a some accessories and some live crickets and meal worms. The accessories seemed a little on the steep side, but what do I know. The staff were not very responsive/friendly, but neither were they rude. They just seemed... uninterested? Oh well. We returned a couple more times for the live food; and were in and out in no time. Her tree frog passed away and we may try the experiment again this summer and if we do we'll return here for the frog chow.

We came to view gun safes, they only had a a few models on the floor with a limited selection of brands but they have a bit wider of variety online and they will order them in. I deducted one star for two reasons. First, we were looking to purchase a large gun safe that weighs almost 1,000 pounds and although they do have delivery service, the only item they don't deliver is gun safes. Second reason, online they state they offer a military discount, when speaking we inquired about the discount we were told they only offer it on Veterans Day. Overall, the staff was super friendly and were knowledgeable about the products they carried. And they had an excellent clearance sale.

I ran into several items that were left out on the floor in the aisles as well as some metal that was sticking out. The aisles are not wide enough to shop safely. The vibe in the store is not what it was since all employees have been changed. Employee's don't know the store or how to look up pricing. Just not a good experience all the way around. Will not be back.
