The sob went for my neck. He had also been put inFIVE HOMES in a month. Plus, they said he was six when he wasnt even 2. I have all the proof and receipts, some horrific pictures that made a cop sick. Do NOT trust ANYTHING that they tell you. I'm desperately hoping they try to claim defamation. They have executives who are apparently notorious snakes.

I adopted a kitten from a kill shelter which had spayed my Manx in order for me to adopt her. I brought her to Fox for the 1week check up. The vet was extremely caring & truly upset at how badly my cat had been stitched up. The vet called the shelter to complain & to say this was not acceptable work. Whatever Fox wrote on the paperwork sent to the shelter must have truly described the rotten assembly line spay job that my Manx had received because I received a call from the shelter & an apology for how the spaying had been done. We left our kitten at Fox to have Fox redo the stitches, my poor kitty has a scar but Fox was able to smooth out the lumpy sewing so that the belly is flat. On another occasion I rushed in with a very ill cat. The cat was very limp, lethargic & refused to eat. He received quick care. After they had my cat stable they showed me the X-ray. it was funny that the vet told me that only cat knows how he fell but the cat's not talking. After each visit that was more than routine I got a friendly call from Fox asking if my pet was okay. Everyone at Fox has been absolutely wonderful each time that I came in. All 4 pets got fleas at the same time & Fox was reasonable price wise plus gave me advice to quickly battle the infestation. I am quite pleased with the quality of care.

Otherwise the place WAS clean and there were plenty of puppies to choose from. Today we happened to be in the neighborhood and decided to take a look again. This place is disgusting. There were only a few pups that looked like they might be sick or malnourished. The place smelled like nothing was being done to clean the cages, and the entire place was dark and uninviting, mostly because most of the lighting appeared to be burned out. The store should be closed by Polk County animal control. I feel sorry for the poor pups and for anyone who buys one, as they will probably get a very sick animal.
