I decided on patsk9.com as he was the closest to where I live. I dropped GSD off on Friday 7/12th returning Friday 7/26 2024. The lines of communications open throughout. The first two days I didn't hear anything from PAT as to training and how she was doing. 1st 2days PAT "stated she would run to her kennel and preferred to stay there". THAT DIDN'T MAKE ANY SENSE TO ME AT ALL . According to Pat this behavior continued and was disturbing to me. I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND WHY HE STATED HE WAS A PROFESSIONAL DOG TRAINER BUT HE COULDN'T COMMUNICATE WITH MY FEMALE 9-MONTH-OLD GSD Before my return there was no training or videos completed. Pat suggested I leave her longer with him. I informed him on 7/30 Yalla is scheduled for surgery and then she will need 14 days or so to recuperate. 7/26 I decided to let Pat resume training as I had already paid for that service on July 12. Pat came to my home and picked Yalla up! NOTE! AS I WATCHED THE EXCHANGE BETWEEN YALLA AND PAT! SHE WAS BARKING PROFUSELY AND Acted AS IF SHE'S NEVER MET HIM BEFORE. I figured everybody deserves the benefit of the doubt 'AND I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR A SERVICE THAT I CLEARLY DIDN'T GET THE 2 WEEKS in JULY. I don't know why I thought this time would work when 2-weeks didn't. Pat had Yalla from 8-26-31st! The first 3-days I heard nothing from him. By WEDNESDAY mid-afternoon I communicated with PAT through text and he confirmed 'HE WOULD SEND ME TRAINING VIDEOS AND HE WOULD WORK TO GET HER '. This never happened and I had no faith in Pat at this point. I decided to pick Yalla up on Saturday 8/31 partially unannounced let's say 5:30 pm give or take. Note! I did attempt a phone call to let Pat know I was coming, he did not answer but returned my call while I was driving. What happened when I pulled up was a disaster on every unprofessional level. Pat brought my dog out she was all over the place she was out of control, (PANTING) deliriously. Right away I understood the problem. It was very clear she was kenneled for a long period of time without access to water. I noticed right away she started peeing and there was blood in her pee (next day vet appt showed to be UTI/Dehydration). I could not address this with Patsk9.com because he went full-blown COMMANDO/DEFENSIVE MODE right out of the gate! Accusing me of CHOKING MY DOG . It was really bad between him and his brother they were very disrespectful, yelling/cursing attacking me. WHAT I SAW WAS complete GUILT about something that I knew nothing about. Pat/his brother were belligerent with their words/actions towards me. I had to quickly get my camera and record all this unfortunate situation. It was bad . Once I was able to take control of the situation I got water for Yalla, I put shoes on her and moved forward. My dog was so thirsty it appeared as if she hadn't had water all day and If she was crated for a long period of time. YALLA was ravished for water as if it hadn't been given to her throughout the day freely. She was so anxious to have more scratching the bowl as if she hadn't had water all day. SHE HAD THREE DOGGY BOWLS FULL AND WE HAD TO STOP THERE BECAUSE I DIDN'T WANT HER TO START VOMITING. I will never recommend Patsk9.com to anyone. I had to request videos of training which I did not get. Training my dog never happened. I provided special dog food for her stay, apparently he neglected to feed her the food. The bin that I provided was still full to the reem. Thank God I am a firm believer in the power of God! He spoke to me and didn't give me a moment of rest until I went to pick Yalla up. THE SITUATION ON PICKUP WAS VERY UNFORTUNATE! Pat played his hand showing no regard for Yalla and I saw the devil and it was a nightmare. Yalla was trying to get away from him, it was sad to see her this way and to know there was some clear neglect. Don't Trust this company with your dog!

My boys look amazing!…read more I have an Australian Shepherd and a Black Labrador Retriever. They're both big dogs, and neither one is exactly known for making a groomer's job easy. DHDC Mobile Pet Grooming absolutely knocked it out of the park. From the beginning, communication was excellent. I received text messages confirming my appointment window ahead of time, and on the day of my appointment they even let me know the groomer might be running a little behind. Ironically, he wasn't behind at all. I was given a two-hour arrival window of 3:00-5:00 p.m., and Corey arrived right around 4:00. That's about as perfect as you can ask for. The biggest reason we'll continue using DHDC, however, is Corey himself. My Australian Shepherd has previously been labeled as "aggressive" by other groomers when handling his paws and underbelly. Naturally, I asked Corey how he did. His response? "No aggression. He just got a little restless and wanted to lay down." That told me everything I needed to know. Waylon wasn't a problem dog. He just needed someone patient enough to work with him. Both of our boys look fantastic, but our Aussie required the most attention. Between the Grinch paws, the leg feathers, and enough rear-end fluff to qualify for its own ZIP code, he had plenty of work ahead of him. Corey cleaned him up beautifully while still keeping that classic Aussie look. All in all, the dogs are happy, I am happy, and our air purifiers are happy. I've already booked their maintenance grooming, which is probably the best recommendation I can give.

UNPROFESSIONAL GROOMER AMBER AND FRONT DESK. In addition, dog groomer, Amber has anger issues and is the most unprofessional groomer I have ever dealt with in 30 years. She really needs to address her anger issues and find a different line of work.. I called Friday late afternoon, around 4 o'clock, to schedule dog grooming for my miniature poodles. Initially, the appointments were going to be next week; however, I was told that they could fit me in on Saturday with Amber. They mentioned 730, bringing the dogs in so that they could bathe them all at the same time and go through their process. I'm not paying for them to use their process only. I pay big money for dog grooming so that they cut their hair, do it right, and in a professional manner. Unfortunately, my house lost power last night, so the alarms did not go off until 8:30. I called and they said we could get you in if you can be here in 15 minutes. which traditionally is not an issue. I called multiple times to say I'm on my way and I've heard Interstate 10 can always be a surprise. I get a call as I'm two blocks from See Spot Clean stating I will need to reschedule. So my question is, if they were gonna spend the four hours on five dogs, and I offered to only bring two dogs in based on the timing and the receptionist said no. I get a highly aggressive text from Amber saying that she is on "COMMISSION" and she had to give up clients which she did not as i was two blocks away, According to her she had the two appointments already scheduled from last week, because they told me she was fitting me in. I hate when people in the service industry lie to manipulate the narrative . Therefore, she lied to me about that, and then goes on to say that because the power outage and not making it in 15 minutes, that she missed out on clients is false because they told me she was leaving immediately. It is obvious that the front desk and the groomers are not in sync, and that is a management issue that they need to resolve. When I bring five dogs in between paying the fees and giving hundred-dollar gratuities or tips to the groomers, that's $1000, plus I've been doing this for years. I'm a retired chief information officer and have managed employees in 40 countries. If I had employees treat what should be clients but not as customers, I would fire them. Any employ in a customer facing role should try to find common ground and not be aggressive and throw a tantrum and punish the customer who is paying their salary. I would've happily scheduled my appointment next week, and I had no way to control APS and whether it provided power to my area or lack of power, and I definitely can't control traffic on the I-10. I hope the owner reads this because I am making it a mission now as a former good customer that should've been a client telling everybody I meet about the horrible service that I've received from See Spot Clean and definitely never take their dogs to the groomer Amber. The other problem I have is when I try to explain some of these issues to the person at the front desk, she didn't say, let me escalate to a manager or let me let you talk to Amber right away. She just said OK. I'll tell the owner. If that is the business model for resolving customer issues, it's broken You've made a long-term customer angry. resulting in lost revenue, not just to the owner of the grooming company but to the other groomers that do a good job. I blame Amber specifically for her unprofessionalism and the front desk staff I will be leaving feedback on See Spot Clean on all the social media spots, i.e. Yelp, Facebook, HOA Management Community Boards, Google, Instagram, Twitter or X. Specifically on groomer Amber and front desk.
