Let's get into customer service - Lulu was absolutely amazing to my friend and I who are not experts or artists in the slightest. I really wanted to do zebra print and Lulu walked me through how to do it and made me feel super confident. I ended up running out of time having to leave, but queen lulu offered to finish it for me!
