He took the icemaker apart and found the problem. He said he would try to do a temporary fix, which he did. The icemaker actually worked for a couple of days before shutting down again. He further informed me that he had to order the parts to complete the fix properly. Once the parts came in (2-3 days) he returned to complete the repair. He cleaned up after himself and asked if we had any concerns. He left his business card with us in case we needed to call for any recurring concerns. There wasn't any openings that day but said he'd be around my house the next day at lunch time (between 11:30 and 12:30). During that phone call he was very forthcoming with information and was very patient with my questioning. This morning, he called and was able to come at 11:00. Very knowledgeable, walked me step by step to what he was doing and why. He not only replaced the blown fuse but also talked to be about how to prevent it from happening. He was also frank with me about my wants and needs. At the end of the day, Loy and his trainee were at the house from 11:00 till 11:40 and fixed my dryer and a minor issue with the washer. Edit: As if I didn't already have enough positive things to say about this company, I just got a follow up phone call two weeks later to check in on how my machines and repairs are holding up.
