I have to come to tonbridge every day of the week, after a journey of an hour long so early in the morning in between home and work, what a customer expects is a smile and a good service.
I like the place it's nice and cosy, not expensive and has a good quality products. But ( there is a but), what it seems to me, the lady who seems the manager ( the one on platform 3, with a black jumper and glasses) is always rude and non professional at all. Everyday she has to through me my loyalty card over the counter.
I honestly thought of going somewhere else, it's a shame really, it's freezing at 6 am, all I want is to be treated fairly and nicely.
