Opened a year or two ago in the large Burtons unit and good to see it's managed to take off. The cafe was fairly busy on a Monday afternoon. Only came in for a drink (tea served in a proper china pot) so can't comment on the food, but it's got a relaxing atmosphere and attractive interior. I like the place it's nice and cosy, not expensive and has a good quality products. But ( there is a but), what it seems to me, the lady who seems the manager ( the one on platform 3, with a black jumper and glasses) is always rude and non professional at all. Everyday she has to through me my loyalty card over the counter. I honestly thought of going somewhere else, it's a shame really, it's freezing at 6 am, all I want is to be treated fairly and nicely. I'm glad one of the others member of staff has served me today, that grumpy face puts me off my breakfast :(

My kid's wount drink it, I tried and left it on the table.
