Even though the coat was purchased a year ago, the store stood behind EB's 100% satisfaction guarantee and found us the same coat in another store which is currently being shipped to our home. No expense to us and no question about making it right. Manager Dawn was *phenomenal* and clearly went above and beyond to help us out and help us get the same coat. Much appreciation to Dawn. They have the typical outlet stores like Coach, Old Navy, etc. but they do have a Pottery Barn. We walked in, not very busy and literally NOT ONE EMPLOYEE ACKNOWLEDGED US or even said "hi" despite us walking right in front of them. They seemed to have some decent prices, but items I liked were too big to take home on the plane :-) I was surprised they had a Goodwill next door....full of really cool Halloween items....the best items were big animated figures for $299....little pricey for something they received for free, but that is typical goodwill. Clothing and household section was small in my opinion. I was looking forward to the Lululemon store, but not too impressed with the prices. Most prices are the same as the online prices "We Made Too Much." I came back after the Labor Day weekend thinking maybe they might have different deals....NOPE. Same stuff and same prices. I have to say, the employees here were not friendly here either so maybe it is a Michigan thing? Not the most impressive outlet, but if you like outlet shopping....maybe you might get better deals...ya never know :-)

Instead of being prepared, they had me sitting there waiting for over SIX hours with no real updates or urgency. Completely unacceptable. What's even more frustrating is that there were plenty of sales reps walking around trying to sell, but once the deal was done, suddenly no one was available to actually help a paying customer. It's clear they only care about making the sale--not delivering on it. The lack of organization, communication, and basic customer service at the finish line is shocking. This should be the easiest part of the process, and they completely failed. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you're prepared for a headache after you hand over your money.

This location and staff have a mountain load of both! My wife and I had an excellent experience purchasing a Class C RV with RV Sales Associate KEENAN MCCRUMB. His knowledge of his product, his willingness to answer all of our questions, and to ensure we were happy with it all, was the hallmark of the discussions. The end agreement for purchase was a fair and attractive offer leading us to sign a purchase agreement and agreed price and closing date. However in the day ahead, my wife suffered a flare-up of an existing condition, that in all reality would preclude our being able to use the RV now, or in the future. The next day I called Keenan and informed him I would be returning to the store to discuss it. I again met with Keenan, related our difficulty and our inability to continue the sale, I then asked what were our options. Note that under MI law, Camping World was under no obligation to honor my request. But Keenan calmly indicated he understood our predicament and would intervene on our behalf with his Sales Manager DAVE RICKETTS. The end result was these gentleman indicated they fully understood that predicament, did not want to add to our dilemma and stress, and would honor our request. And in what I previously stated, demonstrated the character and integrity of both men and this company. Having had a career in law enforcement and then the business world, it is not often that you come across individuals the caliber of Mr. McCrum or Mr. Ricketts. I cannot recommend this location and the staff therein highly enough. If you choose to seek a reliable, honest, and fair business partner, you will find none better at this location. Proceed here with confidence!
