They charged me a $30 dollar fee for needing to reschedule as there is no sick policy in place. Not to mention this class is already $230 which is robbery. They would have preferred me to show up to the class anyways, risking getting the other healthcare workers in the class sick. It's clear this organization could care less about the safety of healthcare workers, patients, and their customers in general. It is so disheartening to know that a "safety" training seminar could care less about safety and more about generating income and business. Disgusting.

The location was great: Safe, close to my home, with lots of free parking in the same block as the class site. The instructor was personable, calm, real, and made the class time an engaging and enriching experience. They have an option for a hybrid model, where you do the class online and then one of Ken's instructors, or Ken himself, will come and do a skills test on site. The class takes about a few hours but is self paced, and the in person skills test is just a little over an hour! Excellent covid protocols as well! The best part is that the minimum requirement for group classes is only 4 people!
