We ordered the shrimp tacos and "Arsenio's Favorite Burrito," and I have to tell you, you can taste the freshness of all the ingredients layered together. The shrimp taco was literally too much to hold in one tortilla, served with a side of pico de gallo and their homemade sauce--spectacular! The burrito, lord have mercy, had two cheeses melted on top and was filled with shrimp, fish, and rice. It was mind-boggling; each bite felt like a taste of the sea. They really outdid themselves with this one, and I can see why it's a favorite. Paired with a Stella Artois, the meal was complete. The young lady named Kaitlyn who served us was very nice and made sure to pass by to check on how we were doing. I truly appreciated that; not many servers know how to provide good service these days. The spot is literally located in a plaza you would not believe, to find such amazing food in the center of Little Havana. Don't let the looks deceive you. I definitely think you should check them out and enjoy your bite of the ocean's blessing.

A French Hidden Gem Worth Discovering…read more By pure chance, I took a different route home today and stumbled upon this charming little French bakery, spotless, elegant, and truly welcoming. It's run by Antoine, who was incredibly kind and polite , he even gave us a little extra of their delicious tarragon sauce to take home! The service was handled by a group of young women who were beautiful, friendly, and professional. One of them even recommended the ciabatta when I was about to change the bread , and I'm so glad she did! The chicken sandwich was spectacular: fresh, airy ciabatta, a divine tarragon sauce, and perfectly seasoned chicken salad with walnuts and cranberries. My daughter had the salmon croissant , crispy, buttery, and unexpectedly perfect. Everything was exquisite, from the flavors to the service. A true culinary gem I'd recommend 100%!

I'm not usually picky about eggs at all, but these were undercooked, actually ended up leaving most of them, which is rare for me. The bread came out dry too, no butter, no oil, had to ask for it separately, which shouldn't even be a thing at this price point. Overall, just a very mediocre breakfast for something that ended up being around $20+. The pastries actually looked really good, but I didn't have any more funds to try them after already spending that much on eggs and a coffee. Only thing that saved it a bit was the coffee, it was good but very disappointed on paying that much for the breakfast I had. Not the worst meal I've had, but definitely not worth what I paid.

They are also very kind and patient with the wave of students that come in every morning and afternoon--as a parent I really appreciate this! The management has always been very sweet to my daughter which I am very grateful for. Now let's get to the donuts: amazing variety and super addicting. The decor of the restaurant is super chic and very clean! It's definitely has the vibe of "come in and hang out with us for a while" I definitely plan on making The Salty a staple!

The brioche is incredibly fluffy, and that thick-cut, salty candied bacon on top creates the perfect sweet-and-savory profile. * Guava & Cheese: A total Miami classic. The chocolate ganache is rich, and the filling isn't overly sweet--it's just right. * White Chocolate Tres Leches: If you want something decadent, this is it. The bon bons in the window aren't just displayed, they're arranged like they cost something, and they do. The chocolate hits. The Dubai bars are built right, the ganache holds structure, the cocoa comes through instead of sugar drowning it. The gift boxes are heavy cardstock and careful branding, the kind of packaging that makes receiving it feel like an event instead of a transaction. If you're buying chocolate to give it away, this is the place. If you're buying it for yourself, they understand that too. The space is minimal which works. No café culture pretense, no "chocolate experience" narrative eating the product. You walk in, you see what's made, you buy it, you leave. The craftsmanship speaks louder than the story. Closes at 6 PM. Walk location in Wynwood puts it near restaurants worth stacking into one trip. Street parking exists but moves. The neighborhood's good for that.
