Stay somewhere, anywhere else. Checked in and left within 10 minutes. The place is run down, dirty and certainly not a four star hotel. More like a motel off the interstate that feels gross in all ways. Bedbugs are an amenity there. Floor staff was nice, Specifically Jamie. Management couldn't care less about guests. Gaetana made no attempt to make things right when issues were brought to her attention. Getting her out of her back office to even discuss was a chore. Place is a 2 star motel at best. Was on a business trip with two other team members; I didn't feel safe and decided to eat the costs of the reservations (their management decision) and just left. Don't waste your money, there are way better places in London.

Comfortable enough for a weeklong stay-- The scope: came here a month or so ago for 6 days 5 nights. Most clientele seemed to be business travelers, in the mornings there seemed to be a lot of small groups or individuals meeting up or working in the lobby seating areas. Downstairs lobby opens directly into the hotel restaurant and bar towards the back of the building. Wifi is accessible in the lobby which was great bc I arrived earlier in the morning and needed to get some work done before check-in time at 3pm. There's an incohesiveness to the design of this hotel and the vibe they are trying to give off--directly inside the lobby the seating and check-in area is modern but very utilitarian and functional, with normal lighting. Past the halfway point (looking at the room from front entrance to back), the back is dimly lit with a bunch of neon lighting, real and faux greenery, a very NY Lower East Side/Nolita hip/trendy vibe going on...or at least it seemed like that was what they are trying to do. Then on certain weekday evenings there was a DJ playing very loud music in the lobby toward the back half of the space. Like I mentioned prior, this seemed to be mostly business clientele who leaned towards a little more buttoned up (at least in the morning when I saw tons of people walking around in blazers and laptops), and maybe evenings are when everyone throws back and has a cocktail or two, but every time I walked into the hotel lobby in the evening it felt like I was walking into an oddly calm and brightly lit front section of a night club. The room deets: Room and bathroom wasn't the largest but comparable to other hotels in the same class in London. Room came with a queen size bed, desk, tv with cable, a safe, iron and ironing board, one robe (thought this was funny since usually there are two guests per room), two pairs of slippers, and simple bathroom amenities (body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, bar soap, shower cap, small needle/thread kit). The turndown service is by request (which most hotels do nowadays which was perfectly ok by me--better for environment and no need to change towels every day). The down (or up in this case) and dirty: The issue I had with bathroom (and the reason I subtracted a star) was that there were mold spots on the ceiling. Also there were some spots in the bathroom that were just not thoroughly cleaned (top edges of door handle, too edge of towel hook), which although are not main use area, just gave me the impression the upkeep could be better. Also there was def some wear and tear on the vanity tray which held the washcloths and hand soaps--parts of it were peeling. I was going to ask to switch rooms but considering I wasn't in room most of the day I just let it be... The players: Staff at the front desk was very courteous and helpful. Pleasant to find out late check-out time could be arranged in advance either by calling the front desk or arranging directly in the lobby. This was terrific because my flight didn't leave until 8pm the day of check out. And of course can't miss to review... The food: the restaurant food on the first floor (GA) is pretty tasty! The chicken sandwich was had crispy seasoned breading with juicy chicken enveloped on two sides by a fresh brioche bun. The short rib my friend had was flavorful and tender. I have to say coming from the states my bar is set low, but it was good enough that I would eat there even if I wasn't staying at the hotel. The End.

The Pullman and it's restaurant GA and staff having exceeded my wife's and my expectations. From our arrival to our dinners and Breakfast at GA have been wonderful. Celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary they had our room ready with flowers laid out on the bed a card and a delivered cake to our room moments after we arrived. We have enjoyed the selection on the breakfast buffet with an extensive English style breakfast with something for everyone from the granola cereals to fresh fruit and pastries. We have had dinner twice and both meals were very enjoyable. The house cocktails are amazing! But most of all I enjoy the smiles and greetings from the wonderful staff.

A great hotel conveniently located (walkable to) near St Pancras and King's Cross if you need to catch a train such as the Eurostar early the next morning. Modern (postmodern, even), sleek, clean, with a sense of design. The bright red in the bathroom is a tad bit Ikea (cheap) but otherwise it's fine. Good insulation. Slept well, no noise. Decent air conditioning (no half ass air con like many European hotels). Lobby is quite striking in design (love the glowing desks and book cases). There is a safe in the room and several power outlets for charging phones, computers, and so on. Convenient and thoughtfully designed. It's not cheap but then its rate isn't too far from that of nearby Premier Inn; we decided if we are paying that much for Premier Inn we might as well (with nearly the same price) enjoy the Pullman. Bar and restaurant seem quite expensive (but then it's a hotel location, understandably). Breakfast started too late for our purposes (we had to depart early). They start at 7:30 or 8 am on a weekend if I remember correctly.

The Pullman London St Pancras hotel is located on Euston Rd, Kings Cross, London. It's great location and few steps to St Pancras train station. Front desk staff so friendly and welcomed. We only stayed here for one night in order to catch next day train to Paris. Room was spacious and clean. When I booked in, they claimed Nespresso machine for each room not coffee making facilities. Never mind... High recommended if you need to catch early train to Paris or late train return to London. This is excellent location and fabulous hotel to stay.

Update- They have both an extensive Whiskey and Gin collection which makes relaxing after a long day of meetings easy.

Pullman is a solid hotel with modern decor, a vibrant restaurant, good gym with fantastic views, apples, and water, and terrible beds. We are fans of the AccorHotels. This hotel matches the usual business, upscale vibe. I loved that my bed and my son's sleeping space were separated by the sleek bathroom (with those strange 1/2 glass doors that seem prevalent in London). My room had the layout of a mini-suite for $250/night USD. We had nightly turn down chocolates and complimentary bottled waters. We were surprised by a beautiful display of goodies wishing us a happy 8 year anniversary :). All the goodies tasted yummy. Everything was just lovely except for the terrible beds that all 3 of us complained about. They were just lumpy, bumpy and the worst! I cannot recommend this hotel and will not stay here again because of their beds. I asked reception if there was anything they could do. Nothing was done. When I took the survey sent to me by AccorHotels, I gave the same glowing review except for the beds! They apologized that my request for more pillows was not followed up upon. Bottom Line: The Grosvenor that I stayed at on the first leg of my trip had very good beds and a great location near Victoria Station. It was $80 more per night, but included breakfast and beee/wine snacks all day.

Close to train station! We got in late from Paris and didn't want to drive home so stayed here. Super quick easy walk! Lobby is really nice, check in was super quick. And staff was very friendly. Had a nice room with large comfy bed, then a pull out in a separate area for the child. Nice amenities in restroom. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel has been entirely renovated in 2012 to comply with the Pullman standards, and the result is really nice. I had the opportunity to stay there thanks to a great offer from Accor Hotels : I payed £90/night for a deluxe room (instead of £200 internet price, or more than £300 if you book directly at the hotel). Otherwise, I would never have stayed in this hotel. The location is very convenient when you arrive in Eurostar: 5 minutes walk from King's cross station. If you don't mind walking a bit, you are 15 min from British Museum, 25 from Covent Garden, 35 from Trafalgar square... The lobby of the hotel is huge, very classy and with a lot of sofas and armchairs which make the place feel comfy and welcoming despite of its size and the fact that people cross it all day long. The bar and the restaurant is in the back of the lobby and open on it, and apparently thebreakfast is served here (it was around £25/person so we didn't try, there are plenty of places to eat around, including a starbucks just in front of the hotel). The room was really big, nicelly decorated, with a huge bed (king size), Nespresso coffee machine, a sofa in addition to the bed, a big LCD screen and Ipod dock (coffee machine and sofa are not available in standard rooms). Of course there also was the "classic" things you can expect from a 4 stars hotel: dressing gowns, slippers, safe, iron board, daily press, minibar... Low speed wifi is provided for free, but it's sufficient to check mails, maps, Yelp or any other classic website. High speed wifi is charged. The bathroom was nice but not that big, with a shower and Roger & Gallet products. We asked for a room not on the Euston Road side and it was very quiet, but we couldn't enjoy the lovely view of London you can have on the other side of the hotel. The hammam/sauna/gym space was ok, but I expected someting better. It is a bit little but it was empty when we went there. The view on the British Library is beautiful from there and it can be a motivation for running! The sauna was not hot at all, and the hammam is not a real hammam, just a plastic booth with vapor, but it's still enjoyable after a day of walk. There are lockers in the cloakrooms, and towels and bath products are provided. The staff was extremely kind and helpful during all our stay. I would definitely stay here again if such offer is available again. It was the first time I stayed in a hotel in London and I think next time it will be hard to go back in a youth hostel...

My experience at the Pullman was incredible. After having troubles with my booking that I'd made online, both the receptionist and her manager were really understanding and completely sorted out the situation. The breakfast is a buffet that offers pretty much anything you want, be it sweet or savory. The customer service at the Pullman is second to none and I highly recommend this hotel.

We chose this hotel based on the proximity of it to St. Pancras station since our next stop was going to be Paris via Eurostar. Little did we know, that it was an extremely convenient location since the King's Cross underground station was just a short walk away, which connects to almost every single underground line in London. The hotel itself is very modern and reminded me of a W. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and a very nice size for being in a city. I loved the rainfall shower and the bath products that they have. The hotel has some steps going up to the front, which is annoying when you have luggage. There was no bell hop around to assist us when we arrived, although it was pretty early in the morning. We didn't partake in their breakfast, but we did try to on the last day... we woke up a little late so didn't get down to the restaurant until 10:30 and they had no food left. Breakfast ended at 10 and they hadn't started serving lunch yet. On some mornings, the elevators were extremely busy/slow and the stairs were too confusing to figure out.

The staff was very friendly and gave us some suggestions of places to eat and have coffee while we waited. The comfy room was SNUG but it had all of the amenities I needed. We accidentally overloaded the circuit in our bedroom because of it by using a power strip from the single outlet and it shut down all of the power to the outlet and TV. The staff was quick to come up to take a look and fix the issue. They let us borrow their adapter. I did make use of the water provided at the front desk. Upon arrival we were greeted by the friendliest staff who checked us in with no issues. We were offered cocktails, we were given a brief tour, and we were given London suggestions based on our likes and dislikes. The hotel itself is stunning. You don't get that stuffy cookie cutter hotel feeling... it's chic and artsy and fun. The rooms were incredible. The amenities plentiful and the utmost quality. And the art... the art is everywhere and it's a vibe. The hotel location is conveniently located just a block from the river Thames. It's also a short walk to the Tate Modern, Burrough Markets, Flibe Theater, the London Eye, Big Ben, etc. for anything else you're a short walk from many train stations (Black Friar, Waterloo, etc). You can also get a river cruise nearby. While we were mostly in our room just to sleep. The rooms were so fancy yet inviting. There is neat art hanging on the walls. Another day we ran into a staff member near the hotel (not at work) who gave us more suggestions and told us that they wanted to comp our breakfast for the last couple days of our trip Some tips: Take advantage of the Mon-Thurs wine happy hour on the second floor. Both stays came with chocolate chip cookies, water, and free buffet breakfast for Hilton Silver, Gold and Diamond members. We ended up paying 1088 GBP for four nights in a superior room, and getting the fifth night free due to spending $15000 on our American Express Hilton Honors card. Seems pricey at almost $354 a night, but it includes a 20% VAT, and the reservations were made 5 months in advance. Could have gotten a standard room for a single night at the last moment for half that price. We earned 40, 000 Hilton Honors points, or $240 due to our Hilton Diamond status, for our stay using the Amex credit card. Place in the middle of the action on a busy street. According to Tripadvisor, 280 restaurants and 91 attractions within 0.3 miles Piccadilly line tube stations in Holborn and Russell Square within 0.3 miles bracket the hotel. Can take the Piccadilly line directly from Heathrow Airport to Holborn or Russell Square without transferring for about $7.70 per person using contactless credit card. Uber would be about $70, and cab $90.

Staying at the hotel is an experience from the fact that this Victorian building used to be the original train station for St. Pancras. They have repurposed the high-ceiling gothic interior that originally served for the meeting and ticketing offices for the main lobby area and the Booking Office 1869 bar. The grandeur of the design is allowed to fully take place in the superb elements of fine dining and comforting relaxation. The Booking Office Bar & Restaurant was a mainstay for us during our time at the hotel. It's difficult not to want to check out the Victorian splendor of that interior while enjoying delicious cocktails and food at the bar or one of the nearby tables. While we didn't have the opportunity to enjoy the Victorian Punch Hour that was at 5:05 each afternoon, it is something of heard to check out if you can. In addition to the Booking Office, there is the Hansom in the lobby, the Seasonal Terrance for wine hour, MI + ME, and the Gothic Bar. The latter of which was also quite magical with its Victorian design and grand luxurious interior with darkly warm lighting and creative cocktail menu. Located next to King's Cross Station in addition to St. Pancras International Station, you have immediate access to the high-speed rail system that takes you as far north as Scotland and south throughout the heart of Europe. You have one of the central hubs to multiple Underground rail stations that can take you all through Central London and its outskirts. You are also a very short walking distance from both the British Library and the British Museum. Like literally across the street close. The St. Pancras was an excellent choice for a hotel during our stay in Central London. I hope we can return again when set our course back across the pond.

This is a great hotel and well situated to both the underground and train service. Private…read moreentrance to the hotel from the station kept me out of the elements and was very nice. Lots of food options within walking distance. Hotel staff are very friendly and customer service oriented.

Every time I visit London I visit a couple of new places for afternoon tea on my quest to try them…read moreall. This year I found the Rosewood and was immediately intrigued by their afternoon tea styled after Japanese wood block paintings. The tea is served in their mirror room, which is very elegant with hundreds of mirrors decorating the ceiling. To stay with the Japanese theme, the traditional tea sandwiches were replaced with amuse bouche that were definitely the best savory items at all of the afternoon tea venues I tried. The rice cracker with smoked salmon was delightful, as was the scallop. After the savory portion they brought out a miniature Japanese cheesecake with yuzu, matcha, and chocolate which was stunningly delicious. The pastries, which are arguably the star of the show are brought out in a decorative box which is opened to reveal three works of art. They were beautifully done, but more style than substance with the flavors not living up to the rest of the menu. The tea menu was comprehensive and I enjoyed all of the teas I tried. It was a bit hard deciding sometimes, because many of the tea descriptions spent so much time sharing how rare and fancy they were that they ran out of space to describe the actual flavor profiles. At the end of the meal they brought me a small box with one sachet of tea to take home, which was a lovely treat. The Rosewood put on a solid afternoon tea.

I find it difficult to criticize this establishment…read more My first visit was way back when for my 21st birthday where I enjoyed high tea for the first time, and my most recent visit was as a 48-year old college professor on a study abroad trip. The service is still just as wonderful as it was decades ago: * Penelope looks like she belongs on the set of Bridgerton (delightful service) *Leonardo is clearly in love with the work he does and is fantastic with clients * the piano player needs a raise. (When I say this little Asian woman played her SOUL out!!! She played "muzak" versions of Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder, and many more. Truly a delight! She did a classical version of "Ribbon in the Sky" and I was done.) I just can't say enough wonderful things about the Savoy. The treats were delectable, the ambiance was worth every penny, and the staff are too kind for words. The sandwiches and sweets were a delight, the duck was a little tough, and the champagne was delightfully overpriced (€25 a glass), but it was ultimately a lovely experience. Treat yourself. Treat a friend. It's worth it.

I'm disappointed in security because they keep saying it's likely a mistake and got tossed in the linens and they're searching the linens. They also said they hope we find it in our luggage. It is NOT a mistake. It was on a table. You cannot gaslight us; it is housekeeping. Just because you review security cameras outside our room, doesn't mean she didn't stuff it in her bra inside the room. This hotel stay cost us $8,000 USD for a 4 night stay. We should not be fearing safety and security. Instead we filed a police report in a foreign county. Their inperson response to this with their "investigation" has ZERO RESOLUTION and their customer service is trash. This is also happening midpoint in our trip so hub has to travel from London to Paris with no cc's and cash. I hate this place. I hope The Savoy remains cursed 2026.
