Castle Carpet Cleaning has been cleaning my parents' carpets for years, and they've always done a…read moregreat job. Prompt, professional, excellent results, and really nice people. Today, my elderly mother called me in a panic because the bathroom floor was flooded. I live far away, but thank goodness I knew who to call! McCoys Plumbing went right over and fixed the plumbing, and Castle Carpet Cleaning was there as soon as McCoys was done, even though it was after 5 p.m., to clean and dry that bathroom carpet! This was truly outstanding customer service, and made all the difference to my family!

I made an appointment with castle carpet about a week ago. The date and time was set. They…read morecontacted us about a hour before our appointment and said they were going to be about an hour late, due to the costumer they were at wanted more things done. Then they called and said they would be another hour late For the same reason I suppose. Two hours late on a weekday afternoon because a costumer was being fickle. Not cool castle carpeting, not cool. The guy who came did a great job but management needs to get their act together. I will look for other options next year.

Lied about having Security on site. Apparently people living…read moreon site or around it are "good enough" and are probably the ones stealing people's property. Has No cameras anyplace on site. Has been broken into multiple times without notifying anyone. Zero gates or other forms of protection. Didn't notify backup number of the situation, sent a random email about it. Didn't even apologize when over half my belongings were stolen. Completely unacceptable. Don't take a chance here.

It wasn't until we were pointed in the direction of Discount Mini Storage & RV that we looked no further! A lot of people only right reviews when things are bad but we are so extremely satisfied that we're here to report because it was EXCELLENT SERVICE! Steve the owner is the most down to Earth person you will ever meet and completely honors every word that comes out of his mouth. He guarantees everything to be in working order by the time you take your camper home and doesn't just sell "As Is" which is the very scary part about buying used these days. Oh how well we know,.. Steve took the time to make sure we completely understood how everything on the unit worked and even threw in a bunch of extras that he didn't have to do!!! It's safe to say we have gained a new friendship thru the purchase of our beautiful 2008 Wildwood!!! To put the cherry on top he guarantees everything for 30 days after taking home so no hidden surprises!! Our camper is basically new at an extreme low used price and we just couldn't be happier !!!!

A bit annoyed. I brought my PC in because it wasn't turning on, stating that I had tested the RAM…read moresticks and GPU, and had tried installing a new PSU but that hadn't worked either. I thought then that the motherboard or the CPU was probably the issue and stated as much when I gave him it. 100 dollars and a week later he calls me saying that he also believes it to be the motherboard or CPU but can't test which specifically since they don't have testbeds for AMD CPU's. This seems absurd to me given AMD is ~30% of commercial CPUs. He then tried to upsell me by asking if I wanted to get a "real" intel CPU/motherboard combo. I feel that I have essentially paid 100 dollars to be told something I already knew.
