Their attention to detail is outstanding -- especially when it comes to the interior. Every surface is spotless, fresh, and professionally finished. The staff at both locations are friendly, professional, and genuinely treat your vehicle as if it were their own. For the price they charge, I expected much better attention to detail. To make matters worse, the employees stopped working on my car multiple times to start washing other vehicles before mine was even finished. The entire time, an older employee was yelling at a younger employee, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere and making it obvious there was very little organization or professionalism. The payment process was frustrating as well. I was initially told it was cash only and that Zelle wasn't accepted. Their ATM wasn't working, so I was told to walk to a gas station that was a good distance away to get cash. When I got there, that ATM wasn't working either. Only then was I told that Zelle was an option after all. Overall, this was a very expensive wash for very poor quality work and an unprofessional experience. I ended up getting my car washed again the very next day at another place for less than half the price, and the results were significantly better. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I can't recommend this place.
