He promised me my car window would be in in 2 days. After calling on the second day, it was still not in. He said he would call me when it gets in. The third day I called again, and he was a bit agitated that I kept checking to see if my window was in yet. Finally on the fifth day he proceeded to cuss at me and hang up on me because I was upset that the window was still not in. He told me he didn't have time for my attitude and didn't care that I was a paying customer. He refused to give me my money back and I still didn't have my window. After calling the police to intervene, (I went in person at this point) the situation got way out of control. He threatened to harm my family and threatened to shoot my husband if he came in with an attitude. I would really really think twice about dealing with this unprofessional person. It took a bit longer than I had anticipated but again, the truck was nearly 20 years old. They also found another problem and repaired it in the process. Overall a good job with a fair price.
