Won't be buying a vehicle again from this place. They replaced the windshield prior to me purchasing the vehicle. It was an aftermarket windshield that caused issues with some of the sensors. I reached out to the salesman and only received one email back saying he would check into it. Nothing after. I had even followed up asking for an update. I also contacted the service department. They are not willing to do anything or follow up after I asked more questions. Customer service is in the tank. read more

Took my truck to get oil change. Cost 145.00- I left for south dakota the next day. Drove to Spearfish South Dakota. 15 miles before arriving my low oil light cane on. i pulled over- checked oil stick- no oil. Drove to dealer- they check and find out oil plug hanging by a thread. puklich did not tighten oil plug- I could have damaged engine if I would have drove further. Had to pay another 145.00 for new service.the rest of our trip the truck smells like burnt metal. Had to to go back to dealer twice- we should have been hiking- instead we spent a lot of our vacation at the dealer in South Dakota read more

This is not a positive review, but I will note some positive elements, which are: 1. This place is light-years ahead of Eide Ford in customer service and product. 2. Though our experience left a very sour taste in my mouth, we are extremely happy with the vehicle we purchased. We feel that we paid a fair price and received a quality vehicle. I'd also note that this review is limited to the sales staff we dealt with, and not the financing staff, who were friendly and helpful. Now, I returned to purchase a vehicle here after watching a friend buy his latest vehicle. However, I did not receive the same service he did (and we spend about the same amount of money, not that it should matter). We were not impressed at all when the salesman attempted to fake knowledge of the vehicle we were interested in. He had nearly no clue about any accessories or options. I believe it is fair to expect that a dealer would be knowledgeable about his product, especially such a large purchase. I was especially insulted when I saw a vehicle I liked and went to open the door and was verbally assaulted by another sales rep (not ours). Apparently this one had just been sold, but how was I to know? There was no sign and it was sitting in the showroom with a price tag on it. This one interaction really put a sour taste in my mouth, and we should've walked our right then. There is a difference is any customer service experience where you are either treated like a valued guest or are treated like rubbish, and this was the latter. His tone of voice and body language was highly impolite and accusational. I will say that vehicle prices are fair and they do stock a good selection, but the service violently varies based on who you deal with. As we were about to drive off with our new purchase, the salesman actually levied a final insult, I kid you not. I thought, based on my first visit here, that this was the "Camelot" of car dealerships. Unfortunately, I must amend my original review and recommend shopping elsewhere. read more

It took them 7 weeks to fix my car after someone hit it. The first few weeks no one communicated with me about the status of it. They originally told me around 10 days to fix it. Then two weeks. I had to call for updates. Once it finally started being fixed my service manager was good about updating me, but the date it was supposed to be completed changed at least 4 or 5 times. There was a sick mechanic, they ordered the wrong part, etc. They did at least pay my rental car past the time my insurance stopped, but I still footed a bill much larger than I should have if they had fixed the car in a timely manner. They also left old suspension parts in my back seat and it took them a week to come pick them up for me. I would NEVER recommend the service here to anyone! read more

I was quoted $55 for an oil change and tire rotation. Once I got there, the service tech told me my tires didn't need to be rotated so they just did an oil change, for which I was charged $68. When i questioned them, i was told i had to ask the service manager, as $68 was the lowest price they could give me. I called the service manager who said he would look into it and call me back, and has yet to call back a week later. I emailed customer service who said the price was increased because they used the more expensive brand of oil, Mobile 1, which they use when requested. I replied that I definitely did NOT request that and was never asked about which brand I wanted. Again, I have yet to hear back. Extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service. read more

I'll start with sales. Sarah G. was great. She took the time to get to know us and listen to what WE needed and wanted, she followed up several times to keep us up to date. The sales manager that came to offer comments was a badger. Facts didn't get in the way of his sales pitch. Huge detractor!!!! If you can't be honest don't say anything. FYI, lose the sweat pants. After purchasing the vehicle with "certified pre-owned warranty", 171 point inspection... I find a oil leak. So was there an inspection or just paperwork? Onto service, after 10 days of blaming the parts department, GM, and sun spots, I called back in and got in touch with Jason. Jason got it figured out and set me up with an appointment and a loaner vehicle. Thank you. When I came in Ashlee was working, working for me. She did a great job got my unit back to me the same day. I stopped by to schedule an oil change and tire rotation for my 2014 Chevy Cruise, lease car. They made the appointment for within a few days. I took my car in and waited in the waiting room, drank coffee, watched the news, and my car was ready to roll in less than an hour. Everyone was friendly, and the work was completed to my satisfaction. read more

BEWARE! I told them my power steering was leaking. They pulled apart the engine to see if the oil was leaking. I told them that there was no oil leak, just power steering fluid. They insisted on replacing the gaskets in case there is an oil leak. They tried to OVER SELL services. I was given a quote of $2,000 to fix the power steering. When all was done, it cost me almost $2,500 to replace a $39 power steering hose. AND it took 5 working days to replace the hose. read more

Started out with a dead battery. I had a multipoint inspection done in Oct/Nov, to be ready for winter. I did call on this and was told I had to bring my vehicle back in to get what I had already paid for and again take time away from work to do so. At 9pm Friday 12/29, a holiday weekend, my car would not start. I got a ride home from a co worker that night and back on Sunday afternoon when I was able to get a company to come and give me a jump that evening, The battery had corroded posts and I was asked how long it had been since I serviced my vehicle. (Service at Puklich was closed this day). Weather was a little nicer and I started it every 2-4 hours having New years and the next day off I thought nothing of it as it was a cold weekend. Wed morning again my car would not start. I called service dept. and was told to call Dakota Towing, which I did. The same question was asked about length of time I had not serviced my vehicle due to the corrosion. I once again had to take time away from work to get my vehicle in to have battery checked. I was told it would be over 2 hours to run the test and got a ride back to work from the courtesy vehicle. Initially the driver was very rude, upon seeing me parked next to his designated spot, tapping on the signage that said Courtesy Vehicle parking only, I must have been encroaching on his spot, not knowingly, as the lot was covered with snow and therefore I could not see the lines but I was definitely to the left of the spot. with my passenger side a good foot away from the signs placement on the building. Driver was friendly after he was aware I was waiting on him for a ride. About 5 pm I was called and told I indeed needed a new battery but they didn't have one in stock and I would have to leave my vehicle overnight. This was not an option. Courtesy driver picked me up , was friendly and I retrieved my vehicle for the evening with the understanding that no bill would be paid if I need a jump again. When I started my vehicle at this time the heat was not working at all. Brought it back in the a.m., still with the heat not working, to get the battery installed. (I was charged $57+ for labor to install and $149 for the battery - no options given because of compatibility I was told) I explained the heat wasn't working since I picked it up and was told it would be looked into. Received a call later that day stating my blower motor was not working and I also needed to replace my brakes, they were nearly metal on metal (another item not checked during my multipoint inspection). The blower motor was going to run over $600, because they would have to fabricate a bracket to reinstall the new one, and over $400 for brakes. After a few minutes of research I found that I could easily replace the blower motor ($120 approx.) in 30 minutes or less myself and that the bracket was available for $29-$57. If a resistor was needed it would be another $140+. I also got estimates from other reputable Shops that could do it with warranty and my quotes were $190-$225 w/o resistor. Brakes were also quoted much lower. I declined those services with Puklich and courtesy van was sent to pick me up, driver was very friendly this day. When I arrived my bill was $290 minus the cost of the second jumpstart only ($500.) I was charged for a diagnostic test that I did not authorize or at least made aware of the cost of the testing that was needed ($115 or $135). Heat was working prior to bring vehicle in for battery testing. I had no time to find my Service Rep and discuss the charges and knew I would not get anywhere so I paid and left only to find that my heat was working and working well. I have not had a problem with it going out or its function since I was told it was inoperable and needed replacement. I do realize Puklich is a certified dealer and there are costs in doing business. However, none of what I recently went through should have ever happened. I was not given the service I paid for initially (oil change and multipoint inspection) and then gouged when I brought my vehicle in to have the issue rectified. Having to take several hours of work being stranded and then being told my blower motor needed to be replaced when it did not. It is appalling!! The only reason I give 1 star is because the Drivers were friendly ,for the most part and 1 of my jump starts was covered (even though the cost was seemingly recouped in my service fees) . I feel I was taken advantage of from my initial service that was not done completed. I will not purchase nor will I recommend or have service done at Puklich again. read more

I was told it would take about 45 minutes for my oil change and they would call me when it was done. I didn't receive a phone call. I decided to go and check about 2 1/2 hours later and it was done. Also, last time I was in I wanted a copy of the multi-point inspection sheet and they said they didn't give those anymore unless something was wrong and I received one this time. Another time I was in to get tires and a leveling kit, they forgot to order the leveling kit and I had to make another appt. to come in. I never did go back to get it. read more
